Want to reside in a restored Moor mansion house? This is it, fabulous architecture, rooms have all the features, great showers, comfy beds and storage. Bear in mind Granada is walking historical town you are walking distance from Al Hambra, embedded in the old town and 12-15 minutes from town centre via a leisurely walk. This takes you pst numerous... More

Lovely small hotel, excellent location as you can walk to Alhambra, Old Granada & new Granada. Our room had lovely views of Alhambra (Room 5). No noise from outside, despite its good central location. Would have given it 5 stars, except for the noisy plumbing as you can hear adjacent rooms using bathroom, so walls quite thin. Also not easy... More

We visited, sadly only for one night, in May and wished we had stayed longer as there is so much to see and do in Granada. Hotel very welcoming and informative. Our room looked over the outside street but there was very little noise. The bed was very comfortable and room generally exactly what is needed after a long day... More

From the huge old wooden door at the entrance to the delightful inner courtyard and comfortable rooms, this hotel reminds you of its heritage. The staff were all helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. It has limited wifi due to it being in a UNESCO area, but it does give access to a free computer.

This is a perfect spot from which to enjoy the delights of Granada. The hotel has a Moorish ambience with rooms set around an atmospheric courtyard. Our room was spotless, with lovely traditional decor. The staff are extremely helpful and our room had a view of the Alhambra! It is located in the historic Albaicin quarter with lots of bars... Excellent boutique hotel, from the professional and attentive staff, to the convenient central location up a sidestreet near the river at the base of the Alhambra, to the memorable design and history of the hotel. The innkeeper, Wilfredo, was not only professional and helpful, he was a tremendous and gracious host. We are (2) fairly experienced travelers including to different... More

Lovely hotel, great staff, delicious breakfast. Perfect location very comfortable linen. Small bathroom, walk in shower would be better use of space and could provide soap and make sure dispensers work. Even the best rooms are tight on space, but it is a totally charming quiet hotel.

The position of the Casa Morisca in the old quarter of Granada is what sells it for me. That and the historic nature of the building that has been sensitively restored. Having said that, I found the reception staff to be correct but not that warm or helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants in the area were decidedly dodgy (avoid the... More

I give this lovely moorish style hotel full marks mainly for the setting on a quiet pedestrian street in the albacin within an easy walk of the alhambra and other attractions. As noted by others the rooms are smallish but the decor and ambiance is very special and comfortable. Excellent staff. They made reservations for us at the Estrellas de... More

We were very pleased to find this wonderful location, with free parking (must pre-book and get exact directions from the hotel). Everything was perfect, clean and so historic and charming. Close to the Alhambra and shops, restaurants, bars. The rooms are small (as one would expect in a building dating back to the 1500’s), but everything is updated, wifi was... More
