We parked there and were fortunate to have a space right in front of the hotel gate. There is no parking lot and the streets are tight. check with the hotel as the owners are very hospitable.

No air conditioning but not needed as there are ceiling fans which are more than adequate. Also, ceiling fans are more appropriate to the lovely style of the property.
