Ultimate self service canteen. Even got to serve your own tea or coffee. When wedding receptions or wedding fayres took place residents were left to their own devices. When complaints were made they were rejected and lies told about being offered drinks as compensation.Lovely building, poor organisation and nothing much round about without bussing or taking taxis.

The hotel located in the city center was the place where the poet Federico Garcia Lorca spent his last days, you could even feel him like a ghost inside the building. The most important things in a hotel for me are beds, breakfast and wifi and I was disappointed. It was also very stinky. I wouldn't recommend it.

We have been to this hotel many times and are always impressed with the central location, the excellent cafeteria, the reasonable prices, comfortable rooms and, most of all, the continuing courtesy and friendliness of the staff.

I returned to the Reina Cristina for my third visit of 4 nights and remain a huge fan of the hotel. The reception staff, especially Mari Luz, greet me warmly and my room in the newer section meets all my standards for cleanliness, bed and shower. The location for viewing processions is excellent, for they pass a block away going... More

We have just returned from a 5 day stay at the hotel Reina Cristina, the check in was quick and we had a lovely room 209 on the second floor. The room was of a good size with 2 single beds which were very comfortable there was a balcony flat screen TV and coffee making facilities although there was only enough... More

A short 15 to 20 min enjoyable walk from the train station and central to the main areas of Granada. Hotel is old so don't expect a modern 4 or 5 star hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and very enthusiastic! The hotel is clean with smallish rooms with free Wfi, the tv is around 2 times the size of... More

This hotel has the feel of a place that was once great, but almost belongs to another era. The service from the waiting staff was fautless. Rooms are clean, high ceilings, and quiet ( but we were visiting off season). Hairdyer , which looked vintage, didn't work. Great central location, very easy walking distance to Cathedral. The cafe/ bar which... More

We stayed at the Reina Cristina as part of a two-city visit to Southern Spain (this was our second stop). The staff were friendly here, and I hate to fault them, but the facilities are simply not up to snuff. At no point were we able to get hot water in our shower. Upon our arrival we found that our... Clean, modest rooms in a fabulous location just meters away from the Cathedral. The amenities e.g. air conditioning/bathroom/hair dryers etc were all a little old and worn but still functioning. Excellent service from reception staff. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed but I'd get the impression that during busy periods the noise from the tiled floors in the... More

The location of this hotel is awesome. Very close to many restaurants, shopping and public transit. The room was very large which is not so common in Europe. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and I'm glad we started our day off with it.
