Nice enough room & location but huge bus groups descend on this hotel and they don't have the staff to deal with it. Breakfast room not large enough when everyone arrives for peak hour breakfast and then they can't clear the tables fast enough, run out of food like eggs, coffee machine not working, can't find a clean cup anyway.......

Very disappointed. We were not given the room we asked for, but after a bit of persisting the following morning, we did get it. We were told that we would have tickets to visit the Alhambra, but was not to be. Staff were not too helpful to resolve our predicaments. Having said this, the breakfast was vey good and not...

We like and had been at the Melina hotels. It was the last night at Granada after driving from Ronda,Marbella, Malaga, and crossing along the Sierra Madre, Going back to Barcelona. We booked Melina Granada for our experience before. When we arrived the bathroom was like half way clean, the bathroom supplies were also half way filled and some almost...

Great location close to centre of old town. Easy walk to most attractions. Rooms standard European size and you can hear what's going on in the room next door. Air conditioning did not cool room better off leaving window open at night.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our Spain tour! Pros: great location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops & the Alhambra (steep climb though). Cons: staff just don't care especially once I spoke English!

They offered a breakfast deal of 50% off per person. My 9 yr old son used that deal. While checking out we were told to pay full price because the deal is 50% off for a min of 2 people or full price for 1. No apologies for their miscommunication.

Check-in was smooth and courteous. We ordered a 4 bedded family room (#524) and it was big enough for our needs. No view, but the main bedroom looked over a busy little street full of restaurants. Once the window was closed, we couldn't hear anything. A nice little touch at the bar; I ordered two drinks and the barman said...

We came to Granada for a short break primarily to visit the Alhambra. This hotel is brilliantly located for discovering the city and the Alhambra. Rooms immaculate as you'd expect and the staff were the best we have ever encountered in Spain, nothing too much trouble and extremely polite. Join Melia Rewards for so many bonuses which for us included...
