A very modern clean apartment with full amenities and security. Close to the Alhambra gardens and palace entrance but a steep walk. Great area for exploring the old city, tapas bars and restaurants. No parking nearby in this busy centre. We paid for parking at the gardens’ entrance and got a taxi. I recommend this as it tricky to navigate the old streets.

Very nice apartment, clean and properly furnished. Location is perfect as was e welcome by the manager. The only drawback has been noisy guests on the ground floor, but this is not anyone fault except the guests...

The building has several different configurations of apartments. The one at the top, with a terrace, has great views of the Alhambra and comfortable if basic accommodations. We had the one pictured in the photo, with the high-up window that gave us a glimpse of the Alhambra. The furnishings were basic, but adequate. We were comfortable for a short stay. Excellent location near the Paseo de los Tristes with its great views and numerous tapas bars and restaurants.

This was by far the best apartments we stayed at during our last visit to Spain. Not only our rooftop apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, the view of the Alhambra from our terrace was spectacular. We were walking distance from Plaza Nueva, at the foot of the Albaicin. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds. Two full bathrooms and a spacious living room with 2 day beds and a sofa bed. Our apartment could easily work for a large family of 6 to 7 people. We had a full kitchen and a 8-seat dining table. There was nothing to complain about. The price was amazing, only about $85 American dollars per night. I totally recommend Paseo de los Tristes apartments. Great location, amazing views and nicely decorated and fully equipped apartment. We will come back.
