We enjoyed our stay here. It is a simple hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the Alhambra and near many nice cafes and bars. Due to the location you do get some street noise but this was low and muffled so it didn't bother us. Rooms are clean and a good size (your not crammed and we had... More

The hotel is right in the center of the action in old Granada. A stone's throw away from Plaza Nueva and from there up to Albayicin and Sacromonte and right in the shadow of the majestic Alhambra. The hotel staff were kind enough to email us a detailed turn by turn set of directions for how to find the hotel... More

We travelled to Granada to attend a conference and found Hotel Monjas del Carmen to be very comfortable with a very helpful staff. It's location at the foot of both the Alhambra Palace and the Albaicin section of Granada was perfect for us. It is within walking distance of almost everything you can do in the city.

First of all the location is fantastic. Very central and walking distance to the Alhambra. The staff is very friendly. Rooms of decent size and very clean. Modern bathrooms. It can be a bit loud during the night.....which is part of the central location

Location is very central and convenient. Short walking distance to both old and new part of the town. Also bookstore where you can pick.up your Alhambra tickets is very close. Room was a very good size and wi-fi was available. Reception was welcoming and helpful. (They sent info mail on how to get there after reservation and have considered the... More

You could walk to everything, including the Alhambra. The room was welcoming and the staff were accommodating (including bringing up some extra pillows for us straight away on request). Very good value for quality and location and parking on site (although this was quite expensive at €22 per day, it did mean they gave your registration number to authorise you... More

This hotel is right in the heart of the tourist area of Granada. We felt very safe. The lobby and rooms were clean and nice. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. A bit hard to find because it's tucked up a small alley.

The hotel was compact and modern with a simple breakfast. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There was parking onsite although it would be very difficult to manoeuvre a large car. It is in a great location We had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was perfectly located in downtown granada, at the bottom of alhambra hill. The staff was quite friendly throughout our stay as well. Cleaning wise, it could have been much better, especially the shower and WC but it wasn't badly cleaned also, so average is the mark for cleaning. We had breakfast on our last day, 7€ per person,... The hotel is located 15-20 minutes walk to the Alhambra, near the Albaycin and a short walk to the Cathedral or Capilla Real. It has great facilities, although the wooden floors didn't seem to be placed too firmly. Rooms have a mini-fridge. We also had breakfast there out of convenience and it was OK.
