Excellent room with breakfast, service top notch. Location good , very silent , in front of bus stop with two bus lines which took us onto the centre. Great asset having a good Tapa bar, El Tapi practically next door specially taking into account you could get an early dinner. Very adequately priced. Definitely would return.

I had the worst experience of my life in this ‘hotel’. I got there and this lady was on the phone shouting with some clients who were supposed to be coming, i felt for her thinking she was a bit frustrated but then let me explain my experience and that can tell how many mental problem this lady has got! I booked my double room at this hotel inserting only my details as one guest. I could see that the price for one or two persons doesn’t change and anybody can still see it right now, so obviously the room price is per room and no discount if used just for one person. Breakfast is included in the rate for two people as you pay per room. I was served two breakfasts every morning which one was always sent back because I couldn’t eat it all. The third night late i came back with a visitor (which as i paid per room there wasn’t supposed to be any problem, also because i have never read anything on booking saying no visitor). When i got the breakfast in the morning i was served only one breakfast as the cleaning lady remembered i was only one in the room. I asked her if i could have the second breakfast which was included in the price i paid. She said yes so she brought two slices of bread extra and drink. This was the morning of my check out. My visitor left just after breakfast. I left the hotel at 11.15 am and the lady running the hotel wasn’t there, so i have seen this lady only at the check in and she didn’t even make sure to be there and this made me think how she goes there when she feels like or she is forced to. The room i booked said to had a private entrance and this wasn’t the case as two room were downstairs and had a common exit which everybody in the property could use. Also the shower was very small and you cant even lift your elbows. I had killed two bugs on the floor. Every time you run water there is some loud noise from the boiler which could wake up everyone in the hotel at night. The wifi downstairs was weak. I left the hotel and still thought was okay until few hours later when i noticed i got charged 35 euros. For what? I didn’t receive any call from this lady saying anything so i called her and she goes like because i brought a guest last night and even if i paid for double room i didn’t insert two guests on booking and because he had breakfast. I was super annoyed as I didn’t see any notice saying no visitors and that i cant share my breakfast. She started blathering that the wine bottle was also missing but that they weren’t sure if i was the one consuming it. This is were i got really pissed as being accused of having drunk the bottle of wine. A bottle that was never there!!! Imagine this! You need to get into an hotel room and check everything is there any chocolate piece otherwise they will tell you they need to charge you because it is missing! Unbelievable. She said it was under booking policy that she could charge me. Booking said they don’t regulate this and that the charge hasn’t gone through them and they cant also see it. Booking has asked her to sent me the invoice for what i have been charged for and my bank has asked for the t&c linked to the booking. There is nothing i read in my booking that regulates visitor policy so she just woke up that morning and decided to charge my card any kind of amount. This is unbelievable! She later called me asking for some keys? She gave me only pins for the doors, she started saying they were in the door, i told her that she doesn’t even know what’s in her rooms! She hanged up on me like an unprofessional lady that she is!

The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean but small and on the ground floor at street level so no views and traffic noise. The photos are quite misleading. The bed was comfortable but the shower was very very small. Have given 4 stars as the price we paid was very reasonable.

The hotel it's self is nice and clean, but the food is cold breakfast was cold lunch was cold and dinner was cold, if it hadn't been for a microwave oven in the dining room we have eaten cold food. This hotel is not for families it's full drunken yobs using foul language, hen and stag parties are the main cause of the noise. There were drunks by the pool that couldn't stand up falling all over people. On the up side the beds were comfortable that's the only thing good about the hotel.

We got a double room, that looked nothing like the pictures online. The bathroom is decent, but there was a terrible smell and a crusher for the toilet that made a lot of noise. The air conditioning is malfunctioning, very noisy at night but you cannot sleep without it during the summer. The bed is average at best, with an outdated decoration above it. The room listing mentioned that the room had a terrace, but that's only a shared terrace for the whole hotel. The breakfast is honestly terrible: 2 pieces of defrosted white bread with butter and jam, and bad coffee. While there are good bakeries just in front the door. Suites got a better breakfast (fruits and fruit juices at least) but we didn't have the opportunity to upgrade if we wanted to. Check in and out process was complicated. We arrived in between shifts at the reception and eventually a friendly guy came by, but we were left 30min at a closed door, with nobody answering neither the phone, the doorbell or emails. The check out was dodgy: I booked through Booking.com which confirmed payment would be made at the property. I discovered while checking out that without my consent, my card was charged an undisclosed amount upon check-in through Booking.com - luckily I asked for a receipt. Overall, very deceiving experience.
