Came here in November last year to visit family who were staying nearby. In a great location for beach and all amenities. The real difference were the family that ran the hotel who were so friendly and willing to help. We had the misfortune of having a bag stolen with our passports in it. Nevertheless the people at the Carmen...

I have just spent two excellent weeks in this charming little hotel. The hotel I normally use in La Carihuela was closed for the winter season,so I took a chance on the Carmen Teresa due to the good reviews on TripAdvisor and Booking.com. I'm so glad I did because this is one of the very best run hotels I have...

Staff are friendly, helpful and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was buffet style. Plenty to eat and set you up for the day. But as the week went on there was more choice, as more people came down for breakfast. Different staff were cooking breakfast and this was evident. Asked for soft boiled eggs one morning and came...

Arrived at a quiet time of year(end of November). Not the hotels fault, the place in general was deserted. Very conveniently located, about 10 min walk max from train station, 4-5 minute walk from beach. Hotel itself is well appointed, clean, rooms are standard, outdoor garden area, sun loungers and pool, which would be lovely in the good weather. Price...

Bathroom was a good size and also very...

This is a completely delightful hotel. It's small and privately run, with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We planned to stay a couple of nights but immediately felt so at home we extended it to eight nights. The rooms are very simple and clean, with a balcony overlooking a pool and a lush tropical garden with bougainvillea spilling over...
