We found the hotel great value for money. The All inclusive food and drink were on par with most 4* hotels in the med. Apartments were spacious and cleaned regularly. The hotels location to the beach is fantastic, beautiful stretches of golden sand straight across the road. We never ventured into town as it was a bit far out for the kids to walk but other guests did. There is a big play park less than 5 minutes from the hotel although there is a small one within the hotel grounds. The entertainment staff are what makes the holiday at the Punte Real. They are fantastic. My girls still rave about how much they enjoyed the mini discos.
We spend such a lovely week in Puente Real. The hotel is in a perfect location next to the beach, restaurants... Nothing bad to talk about the hotel. Service, food, staff... I would like to mention Argi and Maria from de animation team... they are gorgeous 😍 my kids were very happy. We will come back next year!!! Thanks to everyone in Puente Real Hotel.
Was lovely and fun with my mates, food was very good, room lovely view to sea and very clean, staff very nice and lovely entertainment with lots of fun with Argi we want to come back on 2022 thanks for everything
Good hotel but I agree with others this is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Good sized pool with a children’s pool and a separate other pool which is also a good size we didn’t use it much as it was to cold for us. The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The food and drinks were good although food could be quite bland but I know the hotel has to accommodate for everyone. Can get a bus from outside the hotel to the town or a taxi was around 7€ and from there can get the train or bus to different areas. We had a good holiday at this hotel and would return.
By looking at the reviews I was quite excited of coming to this hotel. We only stayed for 4 nights . The hotel is very clean and they do stick to the Covid 19 restrictions which is a plus I can not fault on the cleaning staff as they are working very hard to keep the hotel clean. The hotel itself in some areas needs updating. Our rooms was not ready, I was aware about that as we did arrive around midday. The man at the receptionist was a lovely man explaining that we need to come back in a couple of hours so we can have a key to go to our rooms. We had Andalusia rooms. Which is not in the main hotel itself, it’s at the back next to the main pool and the quite pool. We found the rooms are a bit outdated the TV was right at the top of the wall near the ceiling only has one the English channel which is the BBC worldwide news I don’t have a problem with that because I am on holiday I don’t hardly watch TV! It has got 2 air conditioning units in the lounge and bedroom which is a bonus if you are going there for the summer months. The shower in the bathroom is fixed, when you have a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Took ages to try it up and used all the towels. In the restaurant we found the food was Luke warm a lot of people were using the microwave to heat food. Loads of cold foods like salads, olives, ham and cheese. I have found there is a lack of vegan vegetarian gluten-free lactose free or any other special dietary there. The entertainment staff where good and some of the shows was good too. Bar staff around the pool bar were very nice and friendly too. I didn’t try the pool as it was too cold for me. Plenty of sun beds but it was the end of the season though. I understand at the end of October the hotel is on a shut down that’s what one of the bar staff said to us.…
