Charming everywhere you look, details everywhere, at night leave LED candles lit giving a warmth to the stunning place. The aroma of vanilla is felt when entering and in all its corners. I chose this hotel for its location and did not miss it. It is in a strategic location in the historic center but two blocks from a main avenue where all bus lines pass. And 4 blocks from the beach. The beds and pillows are excellent. All flawless and clean white. You get slippers. There's a coffee maker. And lots of storage. They have daily beach towel service, leave a basket with a pile of towels that you take and return; and impeccably replenish it for the next day. It has 10 rooms on 3 floors and has a lift. Breakfast is limited but the right point of variety. Coffee quality is supreme!!! An IMPORTANT detail is that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception so you have to write in advance 48 hours before arrival to agree to enter the hotel.

Beautiful hotel - small and perfectly formed. We hadn’t been to Marbella before and found the hotel through Google Maps. The location didn’t disappoint, very central old town whilst being tucked away a little.
The rooms were lovely and one of our group who was travelling solo was given the room at the top with its own little roof terrace (perfect spot for wine and a book).
Continental breakfast was on offer in the morning and the hotel team popped out to get fresh pastries each day. We sat out in the courtyard and enjoyed a very relaxed wake up and coffee.
The team was lovely - Patricia was fabulous with us and we felt like we’d made a friend. We bought some of the waterproof jewellery displayed at the hotel and was on sale - we wore it the whole trip in and out of the sea and it’s still looking great.
We have already recommended the hotel to lots of our friends and wouldn’t be hesitate to return. Many thanks again.

This was an amazing find, we booked to stay just one night and fell in love with Marbella and the hotel and stayed for another. Thankfully they had space and were very kind accommodating us. Valentina, Patricia and the rest of the staff were amazing. The breakfast is included and you can have it inside the hotel or al fresco in the terrace at the small plaza. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious and the Molton Brown toiletries were a very nice touch to the stay. The location is great, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops and at a very short walk to the Marbella Port. You can experience the Dali Sculptures thru a very short walk. The hotel is small so if you are lucky enough to find a room, keep it!!

I really wanted to love this hotel due to the reviews. And there are some aspects I really enjoyed. The staff was phenomenal - very friendly and always willing to help. I love a good boutique hotel, so I was excited to find this one, which is centrally located in Marbella. Close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms and bathrooms could use a good restoration, but they made a great effort to decorate nicely, which I appreciated. The dealbreaker for me was that our rooms had ants. And not 1 or 2 ants. There were many ants on the floor. This made out stay VERY uncomfortable. The staff gave us bug spray, so we were able to spray that, but then we had to let the small rooms air out before we went back into the rooms. The spray helped some, but it did not fully get rid of the ants. The staff also re-mopped the floor. They were so helpful and did all they could to try to rectify the problem, but we lived with those ants for 2 days, and I was very unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed. There were no other rooms to put us in and we prepaid for our rooms, so if we left for another hotel, we would have been losing a lot of money. Again, the staff was kind and did as much as they could to help, but no one wants to sleep with bugs on the floor. I would not return to this hotel due to that reason, unfortunately and would not recommend.

This Inn is really great! It is very well located in the old town, close to the Orange Square but very quiet which is rare in this part of town. First of all the rooms have their own particularity and are very comfortable. Breakfast can be taken either on the terrace or outdoors in the square in front of the Pension which is very quiet. There is a great selection of products that are excellent. The staff is very kind To conclude, this is an Inn where I will be happy to return and which I can only advise.

The best location and very nice stuff. They serve a very good breakfast and we liked to drink our coffee in the small square in front of the hotel. The room was very nice decorated. They have a nice terrace. The beach is 5 minutes walk. We had a rented car that we parked very close to the hotel in a parking lot where the hotel gave us a discount.

We spent two weeks at The Town House and loved every minute of it. What really makes the hotel extra special are the three ladies who work there, Delia and Patricia who run the hotel (and bar) and Moni who serves breakfast every morning. They are warm, hospitable, generous and kind. We felt so at home and very welcome. Patrica and Delia would go out of their way to help, we had everything we needed. Although there is no laundry service at the hotel, there is one just opposite the hotel run by a lovely couple. It's just a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are lots of good restaurants, so location was perfect. The square right outside the hotel offers a calm and quiet breakfast in the morning, and comes alive in the evening by all the restaurants and the Irish bar that surrounds it. We had the most delicious pizza at Luigi's just next door. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on a holiday in Marbella and who appreciates charm over a sea view!

Nice, small, 10 room hotel. In the old town, in a corner of a small square with restaurants and pub. Supermarket 50m. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, continental, but sufficient, fresh and tasty. Lovely coffee/tea. A small terrace in the square can be used to eat breakfast. Hotel roof terrace is small, with stone bench seats only…no good for sun bathing. The bar is small, and often no staff to serve a drink anyway. Room had a fridge/kettle, but no milk in room. Shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, but no conditioner. Staff are nice. Only fault was a very cheap toilet seat that needs replacing, it’s no good.

Lovely quirky little hotel tucked away in a quiet corner of Old town Marbella. (Pedestrianised so no traffic noise). Felt like we were staying in a private members club with its individually decorated bedrooms and the very friendly and attentive staff. The little rooftop terrace was an extra perk. Great location with the narrow lanes of the Old town - with its many restaurants - on its doorstep . Also a short stroll to the promenade. I would highly recommend this charming hotel

Absolutely exquisite small hotel in Marbella old town, no road noise, so perfect sleep. Beautiful roof terrace and breakfast taken in the square. Breakfast is a continental buffet with lovely meats and cheeses, will definitely use The Town House in future.

Dear Lumara,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
Yes, starting this year we have added tea & coffee facilities in the rooms.
We also have renovated the hotel but now the process is completed!
We transformed the bar area into a spectacular coffee/wine lounge, added new decorations and furniture in the rooms, redecorated the roof top terrace and made it into a perfect place fir our guests to have breakfast or just chill out.
Waiting for you to come and see it for yourself!:))
Best regards, Owners
