What a wonderful hotel! The aesthetic is very charming -- as are the owners. The rooms are very spacious and the outdoor seating made the stay that much more special. Shopping, great restaurants and the beach are only a few minutes walk. The only caveat to a highly enthusiastic recommendation -- if you don't handle narrow stairways well, you should... More

Wonderfully characterful townhouse, in Marbella old town, converted into apartments. Extremely comfortable bed and fully equipped for our weekend stay. Comprised of two room plus bathroom and balcony overlooking the Marbella old town roof tops. Second room contained a daybed, wardrobe, fridge, cupboard with crockery and tea/coffee making facilities. There was airconditioning in the main bedroom area, flat screen tv... More

A very interesting property to stay in, old original touches everywhere. Very clean. Very easy to explore old town. The car park to use is literally opposite and across a road, Mercado, at around 17E per day. Would highly recommend staying here. We paid extra for 3 with terrace and huge bougainvilla. Lovely to sit at in morning, private and... More

We booked the suite with terrasse and it was one of the most charming hotel room we've seen on our trip. It does not feel like a "2star only" hotel at all. The suite is lovely decorated, every detail is just perfect and we felt home right away. But the best thing about the hotel was the service: it is... More

We booked this apartment as a late booking, it seemed very good value for the location on Booking.com and we weren't left disappointed. We received very helpful advice pre-arrival from the owners. On arrival,we were initially disappointed to find some work being carried out to the public road outside (now completed), but the owners kindly upgraded us at no cost to... More

This was our first time to stay in this very good accomodation which is situated in close proximity to Orange Square and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable and very Spanish which is what we like. The owners are charming and very helpful. Will definitely return on our trips to Marbella. Would recommend Puerta... More

Puerta de Aduares is run by a couple and their son. They are kindness personified. The rooms, we stayed in two, are spacious, well equipped, impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel is a 30 seconds from all of the restaurants and bars of the old town-close enough for everything but still a quiet and peaceful place to stay. I'd definitely... More

Since we stepped in we could feel a traditional atmosphere. An excellent and approachable stuff that helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended for people who wants to have tradition and relax in the historical center. Furthermore, it is located just 5 minutes from the beach! I specially enjoyed walking along the beach during the night time. A perfect... More

I have just returned home from another very enjoyable stay in these apartments. They are very well located, just around the corner from Orange Square, and about 8 minutes walk from the beach. Also convenient for all public transport links. The facility is very much family run, by Doris and Jose and their son Frank. They are all fantastic hosts... More

Highly recommend this hotel--Proprietor Doris is a gem and always happy to help! Rooms in old town with traditional Juliette balconies and Bougainville . Our space had two bedrooms, living area and kitchenette. Perfect for four ladies--right in old town near restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. We stayed two weeks and took day trips from... More
