First of all i was spoken in an abrupt manner by " Pepe".. as i would have expected instructions from the owner how too use things in her flat i asked as i did not want to break anything Pepe said anymore problems you should go to a hotel not the most welcoming person by any means infact i found him very rude... He told me to contact the owner now i was not given any contact number or any means to contact her you would think the staff would know how to contact her. As for asking for any help forget asking Pepe as he came across not caring and certainly not helpful. The wi fi was so so when it worked. I was in this flat 4 days freezing as there was no heating . they got a techno guy as they addressed him he just looked at it ... also no extra blankets and the ones i had were like the towels rough...thank godness i had bought a hot water bottle this was what kept me warm .. the weather was awful in January So no i will not come back or recommend this pace to anyone that wants a pleasant holiday. Some of the staff were nice i liked Blanca she was friendly and the other reception staff but certainly not Pepe hes just rude ...

We stay in an apartment on the 11th floor apartment 1. The only good thing about this apartment is the view. The WI-FI work off and on. The bedroom is very small can 't hardly move around the bed. The towels are as rough as floor rugs. The shower do not drain. The kitchen so small you have no storage room for any groceries and we end up storing grocery on the floor. Lots of noise coming from a children ride carnival set up right next to the apartments. Parking is extra if available for 12.00 euros per night or the public parking is 16.75 euros per night. We stayed for 18 nights, our worst vacation ever.

We have now stayed in three different apartments on three different floors and all three sides! Each one has its own view and sun at some point during the day. Our current apartment is one that hasn’t had a modern makeover but it is clean and has everything we need for our stay. Nice that tea towels and washing up liquid are included as we are travelling with cabin bags only and don’t want to waste room on those items! WiFi works fine. Haven’t used the tv but from our last visit I seemed to recall it was mainly Spanish programs. It is the perfect place to stay within easy reach of everything Marbella has to offer. We will be back for sure!

This is the third time I’ve stayed here for a work/ course related trip. The appartament was clean with large wardrobes, comfortable beds and extra fold out bed. Two very comfortable sofas, tv and DVD player with a fully equipped kitchen. Great shower, with washing machine and internet. The views were amazing from my balcony with a 2min walk from the beach, 5mins to the old town with plenty of cafes and supermarkets less than 5min away. Taxi rank 2min walk. All the staff are kind, friendly and always helpful. Would definitely recommend Mediterraneo Apartments and will be returning in the new year.

Apartment was reasonably clean. The connection to the wifi was impossibe as it kept saying "autication error" . A technician called three days into a weeks visit and connected my smart phone. He said the other devvices would now connect. When he went we tried and they didn't. Reception was helpful at first and then got a bit frosty. However wehn my purse was stolen they did ring the police for me.
