Last summer I was rather satisfied with my stay in this hotel therefore I have booked it again this May. Apparently the quality of the hotel is definitely declining. Sanitary hardware is definitely in need for replacement, herd of ants concealing themselves in hidden places - not harming but unpleasant. TV does not have until now a Russian channel which...

What a great find, a real gem of a hotel, from the moment you walk into the large and well appointed reception area the hotel continues to surprise, lovely tropical style walkways leading you through to numerous swimming pool and sunbathing areas with extensive and well manicured lawns, the property location is peaceful with a side access gate to a...

We went for 4 nights myself and my godaughter we wanted a relaxing time and that's exactly what we got ! The grounds are stunning and there are plenty areas to sit around and have a drink or a coffee. They only thing we missed was a place to get a snack after 3.30pm as the pool bar closed for...

A amazing hotel would definitely recommend it, bit far from town we had to get a taxi all the time but hotel was faultless, food was nice I can only recall just 1 grumpy member of staff, breakfast was always lots of choice x

The Hotel is lovely with a very Spanish courtyard kind of feel, there are two pools a small childrens pool and a large adults one which are spotless. Lots of sunbeds to choose from but can imagine in high season it may not be the case. Our rooms were very large with 2 double beds in and a very large...

Stayed at BlueBay for Easter week 2017, half board, in 2 ground floor superior rooms facing the large pool in the centre of the complex. Very good for children with own pool, outdoor acitivites, kids club and entertainers. 10 minute walk to hotel-owned beach and bar. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, evening buffet was average with some choice but poor...

I am sitting at the airport returning to the UK after a week's stay in Marbella and the Bluebay Banus. Firstly, the staff were unfriendly and unwelcomimg which is never a great start. Also, the free wifi turned out to be 10 minutes a day with any more at a cost. As others have said the grounds and pool areas...

Well I have a mix feeling about this hotel I'll start with the positives. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the rooms are absolutely massive and clean but could do with an upgrade. Rosi one of the dining staff was amazing she was so lovely and helpful and always had a smile on her face she deserves a promotion. Now...

The hotel grounds and sun beds are in great shape and a pleasant place to relax after a hard days golf 🏌 The bedroom was clean and functional and served its purpose. The staff as a whole were pleasant and helpful particularly as my door key stop functioning at least once a day! However, be aware of the breakfast police...

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading many different revues but I have to say I was very impressed. All the staff were friendly and helpful , the room was nice , the food was good the only downside were the drunk hen parties coming home and shouting at 5 am but that was just bad luck being next...
