The Puento Romano Hotel is a hotel concept I have never seen in my travels. Excellent! I must say the rooms are great and spoilt for choice for food with the bars and beach side restaurant. You must try the tapas! Quite good!

The puente romano beach hotel and spa has had a new lease of life injected over the past 18 months. With new suites now available and the resort has a vibrant restaurant and night life scene that I would be at a loss as to where in the world you would find something like this. You have the privacy of...

We've stayed here last May 2016 and were dismayed at our outdated suites. Upon reading our Trip Advisor review, Mr. Jorge Manzur (General Manager at Puente Romano) communicated with me, highlighting the hotels' commitments to guest satisfaction and was genuinely open to feedback. He offered us 2 nights complimentary stay including Buffet Breakfast at one of the totally renovate suites...

Been to the hotel few years ago and on this return trip was very pleasantly surprised by the addition of multiple restaurants around a central courtyard the buzzes and transforms this relaxed resort during the day to a luxury, high-energy destination, filled with a crowd that seems plucked from the fashion magazine. The 6 Senses Spa was a definite appeal...

the Hotel has been in the middle of a refurbishment of its room s for the last few off seasons, although the older rooms are more stylish than the blander newly refurbished ones. The first room we were shown was very big and an oldie in style, we stay here a lot and these rooms are my preference however, this...

This is a very good hotel, a bit different from other hotels. It doesn't have a hotel feeling, it's more like living in a Spanish village, with very friendly staff. The service was great all the way and the breakfast was excellent. The heated pools were very much appreciated by us. We tried both the Sea Grill and Bibo restaurants....

We stayed here for two nights. The first night we had a junior suite with a smelly bathroom. we were then moved to a room with a sea view. This was much better. The grounds are beautiful and, a real plus for us, the large outdoor pools are heated. We has some of our best ever swims here. There are...

Puente Romano Beach Resort & SPA Marbella, member of The Leading Hotels of the World, is situated on the southern coast of Spain in the Costa del Sol within the "Golden Mile", a residential area between Marbella and Puerto Banus, just 35 minutes' drive from Malaga Airport. The heart of the Resort and its social focus is the Roman Bridge (Puente Romano) from which the property takes its name. This ancient artefact from the first century is a remaining structure of a road which once linked Cadiz with Rome, the Via Augusta.Resembling an Andalusian village, the 278 spacious guest rooms are spread in 27 three-storey villas, scattered around 55.000 sq. m. of lush, sub-tropical landscaped gardens, gently cascading down to the Mediterranean Sea. Over 400 species of plant life have been brought to the gardens from all around the world, many literally in a suitcase courtesy of HRH Principe Alfonso de Hohenlohe, the founder of the Puente Romano. ... more   less

“we ended up in a ground loor room this trip - my preerence is to opt for a higher floor room which means you have to climb stair (no lifts outside of the main building) ground floor rooms are your only option if you cant climb stairs but always a little noisy late at night, whether neighbours in heals, room service carts being dragged over the tiles, or on this occasion the people above in the throws of very noisy passion. all rooms well appointed with balconies and beautiful views of the gardens. ”
