A two night stay in a superior apartment with a sea view. Lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Very reasonably priced and it was handy to have parking just outside rather than pay the daily rate for the secured parking. A very short walk to the beach and a nice 15 minute stroll into the port area. We didn't use the pool but sitting out in the well kept garden looked to be a nice way to spend time relaxing.
Stayed in one of the villas with 3 other friends in June. On arrival we shown our accommodation by a member of staff. The mini bar items were not mentioned at the time but we were told most queries can be found in the guest book. Unsure if the mini bar items were chargeable we looked for a price list but there was none to be found so we decided to check the black guest book instead. It was very clear of charges for breakfast and dinner. The section on the mini bar was as follows " "A fully stocked mini bar is there for you to enjoy, some items have been left in the refrigerator to quench your thirst for a immediate celebration"" So obviously after reading that we assumed no charges and was there for us to enjoy. I was then shocked to find we were charged over 100 euros for the minibar! We complained to the hotel but they have completely ignored us, not even an apology for the confusion and have kept the money. I never usually write reviews but just want to warn other guests about this scam so they don't fall for it as well. Totally ruined our holiday.…
We stayed at Coral Beach in October as a group of 6 women in a three bedroom apartment. The apartment had a fantastic view of both the sea and pool from a large balcony which had a table and chairs and sofa. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom and were a good size. The lounge was massive with another table and chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped. Pool towels are available from reception for a 10 euro deposit. Check in was easy and quick as was check out. The apartments are located close to Puerto Banus (a 15 minute walk). Marbella is probably at least a 45 minute walk, the reception ordered us taxis to take us there. Aldi is literally across the road, it closes on Sundays. We used the hotel breakfast buffet on our last day for 16 euros each, everything was available including cooked breakfasts, eggs freshly cooked to order, all the usual as well as fresh pancakes, churros, sparkling wine, etc.…
i have to totally disagree with the last review somebody made. Several times we have changed our booking due to travel restrictions but the hotel have been very helpful, they have even called me by telephone several times to make sure things were fine and I was happy. I dealt mostly with Andrea who went above and beyond her duty to guarantee customer satisfaction. 👏👏
We were extremely disappointed not to be able to go on our weekend away to Coral Beach due to the Covid -19 situation. We had paid a non refundable rate for 2 apartments. Coral Beach did not formally cancel our Accomodation, and denied to refund us our money despite the hotel being closed. We were disappointed with the unprofessional customer service, and the lack of communication with our party. I would not recommend Coral Beach Aparthotels
Wonderful place to stay. Got upgraded from a superior jacuzzi 2 bed to 3 bed. Massive rooms, beautiful apartment and the jacuzzi is amazing. Daily cleaning with toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and towels being restocked. Aldi is right across the road which abounds with zebra crossings. The view from my balcony is amazing. 5 mins walk to the beach, 17 mins walk to Puerto Banus or 5 minutes(€3.80)Cabify fare to el Corte ingles which is a massive shopping mall. Across the shopping mall, there was a play area for kids with bouncy castle, electronic high swings, electric cars for toddlers with arcade type machines. There is a Hard Rock Cafe as well as other restaurants.
Coral Beach apartments are perfect. From the description and pics on booking.com to the help and service from the reception before and during our stay, it was like a five star experience for a fraction of the cost. Such great value. The beautiful gardens the amazing size of the apartment and I didn’t book a sea view but the pool view and got a sea view anyway just behind the pool. I could have lived there, and positioned as it is walking distance from Puerto Banus the location was brilliant. Close to an Aldi for convenience and the rooms were huge. I have recommended to so many people and I don’t do that very often. I would love to go back and who knows I might very well do that.
There is a gardener Man with a Hard machine at 9am in the morning !!!! This is not aceptable for a nice and relaxing Stay 3 Stars because of the gardener Views are Beautiful and it is not a hotel but flats
We stayed at the Coral Beach for an extended weekend break. This is our second visit and we would definitely go back again. The apartments are in a wonderful position, close to the sea and a short stroll from lively Puerto Banus. The pool area is set in glorious gardens and the apartments boast fabulous balconies and comfortable interiors. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. The supermarket just across the road is ideally located to pick up freshly baked croissants, bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. Highly recommended!
Just leaving the Coral Beach and after waiting for this family holiday for a long time and reading reviews we booked the CB apartments ( superior) 3 bed. Honestly the staff are wonderful , location is fantastic but the place is very tired looking . Apartments need a big over haul and the standards are defo not to 4star. Kitchens need total refit. The grounds are not to standard and need refurbishment. Pool is nice but again looks tired. Staff are really superb and most helpful. This could be a 5* resort if some money is spent on it. Will we return , unlikely as the likes of the Marriot offer much better accommodation etc.
