The hostel is quiet, cosy, clean and finely decorated. We slept here two nights at the beginning of the holiday and last night before leaving from Malaga. Florent was really helpful, he organized the car we rented and the taxi to go back. There is the chance to have at any time tea and coffee in the yard full of... More

Spent a few days in Malaga again and fortunately El road andalus had a room for us this time! I can see why this smallish place with just 8 rooms is really popular and often fully booked. The welcome by owners Flo and Flo is ultra relaxed and super helpful. Rooms are lovingly and cleverly decorated to maximise space, and... More

Hard to find, especially if driving. Locate "Theatre Cervantes" and go from there. Drop of luggage then drive to parking, after getting validation paper from hotel. Easy walking to everything. As reviews mention, bathroom has no door, only a curtain. Not a problem for us. Shower was tiny! Our room had a window facing the hallway. Again, not a problem... More

We stayed one night at the Riad and we had a great experience. The owner was very friendly, gave us a map of the city and gave us advice on what to do and where to eat. The location is perfect, in a small quiet street of Malaga and not far from the center. The room was well-decorated in a... More

This was my second time staying, for that there is a reason. I cannot fault the hotel in any way. It is very comfortable, value for money, the street is very quite but yet only two minutes walk to the busiest plaza in Malaga. Unlike most hotels(be it Spain,France, Ireland etc)it is not just another generic hotel were one room... More

As a solo female traveller, I can highly recommend this little hotel. The most amazing thing is the friendly welcome. Pepa is the most friendly ambassador for a hotel I've ever met. A great warm welcome and lots of handy hints on how to get the most from my stay. Rooms, warm, cozy and clean. A little bit small but... More

Comfortable, charming, great location, worth a second visit. The owners and personnel are wonderful! It is located in the best location with Teatro Cervantes just down the street, major epicenter of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within a few blocks. Amazing find!

From the moment I arrived, saw the gorgeous inner courtyard and the grin at the desk I felt at ease. As a lone traveller it's often slightly awkward to ask for guidance and help but everything from the hotel facilities, local sights, places of interest, bus depots, bicycle stations, whatever I needed and more were laid out with cheer and... Perfect for my friend & I for two nights - a very friendly welcome, great decor & atmosphere & excellent quiet location. The single room with balcony and the garden patio were especially nice. Full when we wanted an extra night to end our trip but Florent recommended a good place nearby. I'll be back!

We are a couple in the beginning of the sixties who stayed at this place for a week in ocktober 2015. The host is very helpful and serviceminded. The hotel has an very nice entrance, and the rooms are comfortable with good beds. However its not any door between the bathroom and the bedroom. This was not a problem for... More
