I booked deluxe room and I don't see any of those tea and coffee making facilities.
Not sure about junior suites but knowing it's under Marriot it should provided tea and coffee and water kettle as part of compliment... More

Don't forget to visit the rooftop bar! Perfect view.

We were there in October, the first day it was raining, the next day, was quite pleasnat so we spent it out and about exploring, third day we left to catch our flight home, so never ventured up to look.
