Best hotel in malaga - the hotel located in the city center and very close to the shopping centers ,regarding the rooms very comfortable and clean , the staffs very cooperative especially the receptionists really they are more than amazing trying to help you more than their capabilities .

We stayed here on our first ever visit to Malaga , and were delighted with everything about this hotel. The staff were so welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay, either at breakfast or at reception, we can say that they were the most friendly staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. Our triple room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was great, a good choice of hot and cold food. It is situated steps away from the beautiful old city centre, and taxi rank outside was very useful. We did not want to leave and look forward to a return trip to this great hotel, and we fell in love with Malaga

We booked two nights, very last minute after the apartment we were staying at got too unbearable to remain at for the last few days of our trip. Checking in and arriving in our room felt like heaven. We got upgraded to have a small balcony overlooking the street which was really lovely. The room was beautifully finished and oh so comfortable. Above all it was quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety and everything looked fresh and tasted good. If we return to Malaga I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is well placed for all the city’s attractions, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast a great choice buffet plus other item on request, dinner on half board was good but slightly limited on choice if staying for a week, but we were offered out of menu choices, the parking garage was perhaps the worst of the whole experience but only because at €25 a night seems excessive, but the best asset of this hotel is its staff from the head waiter, receptionist to the chamber maid all made us feel welcomed and special the four nights we spent there.

The hotel is perfect for a stay in Malaga. The location is perfect but mostly the staff are superb. Extremely helpful. The bedrooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds and pillows. Well appointed. Breakfast is excellent and we also ate lunch in the bar which far exceed expectation. Only sorry we did not eat dinner here also.

Great location, friendly staff, privacy and neat rooms. I would definitely recommend this accomodation for the quality of the service and the nice atmosphere. I was very happy to be granted a room on the top floor, thus my stay was pretty quiet.

The hotel is on the edge of the pedestrian section and is top notch. The rooms were great, staff wonderful, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, the beds were comfortable, coffee and tea service in room, nice restaurant, staff spoke perfect English, we would definitely stay again. The museums and sights in Malaga were quite nice as well: Malaga, Thyssen, and Glass museums.

A beautiful hotel in every way. The staff, without exception, are friendly, charming, professional and give every impression of enjoying their work. Fabulous breakfasts, comfortable beds, light and lovely decor throughout. Don't be deterred by the very busy road at the front - at night it's almost deserted and we were not disturbed by traffic at all.

Our third or fourth stay at this hotel. We come back for the comfortable rooms, the excellent food, the friendly staff, the overall ambiance and the great location. A good base for Malaga sightseeing and then relaxing, including on the roof terrace when the sun obliges.
