This was the third Ikos resort we have been to and were so excited to try the new Spanish property. Well after thinking our previous experiences Ikos in Greece could never be beaten we were totally overwhelmed that ikos Andalusia have polished the Holiday and luxury experience to another level. A massive thank you to Gigi who catered for our every need and we now actually class as a great friend now. She’s a complete asset and made our stay that little bit more perfect. Nikos the manager of the pool bars we met a couple of years ago in Greece remembered us and we loved how he took time to sit, chat with us . He’s a diamond in the Ikos resorts and also our forever friend. I can honestly say that the standard of food in every restaurant including the buffet is beyond exceptional. We dine at many high end restaurant in London and the food and service here is impeccable and on par with the high end restaurants to frequent. Some of my friends look down on all inclusive resorts. But they haven’t experienced the Ikos standard. You won’t get finer dining, service, comfort and cleanliness within Europe. It’s totally amazing. And for us, such a short flight compared to the Caribbean resorts we have enjoyed is a dream not to have to travel so far. The pool staff, the bar staff and restaurant staff are obviously trained to the highest of standards. It’s just a polished from start to finish holiday. The management are are visual observing every detail to ensure standards are kept to the highest level and is head by a gentleman called Timolean who we had the pleasure of meeting in Greece and again here at Andalusia. He’s a very professional man and should be extremely proud of his team and is own achievement to create these wonderful luxury experiences Ikos will soon be world famous for. Can not wait to return. Thank you Ikos and all the team that go into making a holiday experience one to remember and strive to return to

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days.....wish it had been longer! The hotel and resort in general exceeded our expectations (and they were pretty high as the hotel had been recommended by a family member). The staff were efficient, friendly and keen to help. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing and nothing was too much trouble for them. The choice of restaurants ensures you never get tired of eating the same thing and the 2 off-site options really added to the whole experience. One day my husband ordered a meal and when it arrived he realised he's made a mistake and it wasn't something he could eat. With no problem they took it away, offered him an alternative and apologised that there would be a short wait while it was prepared. The head water and restaurant manager then also came to apologise and check that he was satisfied with the replacement. They were amazing and none of it was their fault!! The pools were great and the beach area was well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and very attentive staff who provided drinks and snacks with a smile and cheery word. Our room was excellent - clean, comfortable and with everything we needed including a well stocked mini bar. Room service was also great and very quick. Whilst walking onto the beach one day we met the General Manager (at the time we didn't know who he was although his suit was a bit of a give-away that he was a manager of some description!). It seemed thereafter that we saw him around the complex once or twice every day. Without fail, he stopped and spoke to us - we enjoyed hearing about the hotel and the company's plans for expansion but most of all enjoyed his warm, friendly personality and sense of humour. It is obvious that this genuine love of his job permeates through to his staff team and that is what makes Ikos Analusia exceptional. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed here For a week with my husband and two young kids (4 and 18 months). Everything was beautiful, service was excellent, food And wine delicious. I wanted to own all the furniture, decor styling is really gorgeous. Nothing to complain about at all. They provided great beds in the living room (pull out sofa bed and a cot) that were super comfy for our kids. All the restaurants were really beautiful and the food was great. We would come again for sure. It’s a really great option to choose for kids - perfectly set up for them, while still feeling 100% luxury.

Some friends and I recently stayed IKOS Andalucia, having been to many of the IKOS resorts, we expected good things, but this exceed our expectations. The resort was superb, beautiful bedrooms, excellent facilities, situated on the beach. The food was fabulous and the selection of drinks and cocktails was impressive. This is an incredible all inclusive package. We enjoyed spa treatments, some paddle boarding and a trip out to Estepona. What made this resort stand out for me, was the level of service, every member of staff gave us excellent service levels, from the chap at the beach sports centre, to Maria at the bar, Nikos at the pool, but especial Dionisis Tarazis, known as Dennis. He looked after us from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely come back!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week in IKOS Andalusia. The hotel is beautiful, the food is the best we’ve come across in any peer 5* hotel, served by the friendliest, best trained serving staff imaginable. The exceptional customer service is common across all restaurants and generally with every employee that we encountered. If we had to find a flaw, the evening entertainment is pretty dismal, and ‘entertainment’ may be a little too flattering. Also be aware that there are LOADS of young children and babies and on a couple of occasions we felt that we were eating in a pre-school, so a couple more adult only areas would be nice. But all in all, we loved it and are planning on checking out a few of your sister IKOS resorts.

Cannot fault the resort. Accommodation was excellent, food great and the staff were exemplary particularly in the Deluxe bar and pool area. Our main contact was with Dionisis Tarazis (Dennis!) who was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for he arranged. He kept in touch with us but was never intrusive. Would have no hesitation in recommending the resort

Cannot fault Ikos Andaulsia, it was our first trip abroad for three years and first time taking our 3 year old daughter. We'd chosen this all inclusive to make life easier but what we weren't expecting was such an outstanding level of service from all staff there. In particular our deluxe concierge team Jenny was amazing, available at all hours for us especially towards to the end of our stay when our little girl was sick; she was on hand and helped out to the last minute we left the resort. Even checking in with us once we landed back into Manchester. The creche was great and although we were hesitant to use it at first, not knowing if our daughter would be happy left alone she loved it and all staff were great. Restaurant quality was amazing, especially Dimitri at the Fresco restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed Anaya and Dinner By The Sea too. We will definitely be booking again and look forward to trying the other Ikos Resorts as well.

Beautiful hotel with the best bit being the staff. Any request was met with “ of course” Our liaison Gigi was charming. Warm and friendly. We did not have one member of the staff that that was not helpful. Would have been nice to have had a bit of music and dancing in the evening but as it was mostly couples with young children that is understandable. The beach sadly is not great. Would have liked to have gone into the sea but it was too rocky. The rooms were beautifully clean and your staff kept them tidy which was no small task considering I was sharing with a friend and we had taken enough clothes for a month 🙈 A bit more storage space would have been good as we ended up living out of the cases. Saying that it did not detract from our wonderful holiday.

The Ikos brand is really exceptional, the decor of the hotel is beautiful, the standard of the rooms and interior of the restaurants is really modern and clean. I loved the look of the hotel. The facilities for children are excellent and there are lots of different swimming pools. The hotel offered a cot, changing mat, nappy bin, so many useful items that i didn’t have to pack. The only things that stopped me from giving 5 stars are the beach and the food. The beach is dark sand and very pebbly. I didn’t see a single person swimming in the sea during our stay. It was a disappointment. The food we found to be very hit and miss. The breakfast was always consistently good however the juices at the buffet were fizzy and unpleasant. Oliva the spanish restaurant was quite disappointing (service however always amazing). I found the food menu for children to be tricky. Steamed veg always too undercooked no matter how many times i requested. The fish fingers were awful. Even the chips were just pretty average and always a bit soft and soggy. I just really struggled to find enough options for my child. I was also quite annoyed one day when one of the staff at The Beach Club bought my child some ice cream we hadn’t ordered while he was still eating his main course. Finally, there wasn’t really enough water for us in the room and it was a little annoying to keep having to call room service for more… every day. That being said, we do love the Ikos brand and will probably return to another one. The service was absolutely excellent and most importantly, consistent from all staff. In particular, Nikos and Miguel from the Deluxe Pool Bar. Nikolas from Ouzo, Oleg from The Beach Club both made us very welcome. The house keepers were also exceptional - Ana Isobel and Meriem. Both went out of their way to ensure we were very happy guests. Machi from the Spa was a fantastic therapist and also deserves a mention. Worth hiring bikes from the hotel and going for a ride to Estepona. Its a lovely ride and very easy to do. The hotel do cater for families and young children exceptionally well. We felt very welcome.
