We poked to stay at this little town on a driving holiday through Spain. The accommodation was fabulous and the historic monastary just beautiful. The restoration into classy hotel accommodation is superb and all through the hotel you find original furniture and explanation of historical fact. breakfast was delicious and we were able to linger on over coffee. Well done... More

We had been looking forward to staying here as on a previous trip we had popped into the cafeteria and thought it looked nice. BUT where shall I begin ? Our room was awful, they couldn't change it as they were apparently full. Could be so as there was a wedding going on. Our sons arrived a bit later and... More

Mixed reviews but we liked it. Spent 4 nights there early October, booked a superior room with balcony. Overlooked an internal patio which used to be the monestry herb garden. Most superior rooms over looked the pool, which is possibly a more pleasant outlook. Pool is nice and clean but sun goes early as it's surrounded by high building walls.... More

A hugely disappointing stay. We went to our room, which was dark, gloomy, old fashioned and had a view on to a wall a few metres away. We requested another room, which was accomodated courteously and swiftly. We were given a "superior" room, which was brighter, had a balcony overlooking an inner yard, but was still old fashioned. On the... More

I booked in last week with a group of 58 people and we were all delighted. The building is massive and from outside looks rather shabby around the exterior walls, however when you reach the entrance everything changes. The interior is beautiful! Many of the original features have been maintained with a beautiful courtyard, attractive cloisters and impressive paintings. Our... More

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the buildings itself is full of character being a converted monastery, but also refurbished to a very high quality. My room was smallish but with a decent size bathroom and view to an internal courtyard - just lovely. Pool was a good size and plenty of sunbeds at any time of day.... More

We had one of the Superior Rooms at the hotel which looked onto the swimming pool below and gardens beyond. The room size was good, but if you need much larger rooms and junior suites are available. Likewise adjoining rooms. The hotel is a converted monastery - I'm surprised that it's not a Paradox as it fits that bill completely.... More

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay here. The room was spacious, very clean but the air conditioning was poor even though hotel provided extra key so it could be left on the room was still hot when we returned each day. Good things - We were able to find street parking less than 5 minutes away. The town's... More
