Excellent place to stay in Cádiz . Staff always had a smile and the attention to cleanliness was impressive.
The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom doors and walls are glass which took us a bit of getting used to!
Breakfast had plenty of choices. We were leaving early on our last morning, before breakfast and they gave us some made up picnic bags to take away.
Sun loungers open at 10am and the staff will move ‘bed blockers’ to avoid unused loungers.

We really wanted to be at the hotel and we enjoyed a promotion called Sundays with flavor. Superior room with sea views, dinner at the Mirador restaurant and breakfast. The hotel is very nice, very ethnic and modern, the room is very nice but not entirely comfortable. Small wardrobe, sink next to the bed, the only trash can in the room is the one in the bathroom, you cannot throw an empty water bottle or a piece of paper other than in the bathroom, yes, it has a piece of large shower plate and comfortable. The terrace has incredible views but we did not use it because in the pool lounge area there are the exhaust fans from the bars below the hotel and the restaurant itself and it smells like food all day long, at any time it smells like food, where The only thing you couldn't notice was the smell, it was in the area closest to the pool. The pool is wonderful, an infinity pool with views of the sea and the sound of the waves reaching the shore, but either you wait in line at 9:45 in the morning waiting for them to open at 10:00 or you don't get a seat. There comes a time when there is no free space and you see that you don't even have anywhere to put your material things to sit. It had never happened to me in a hotel that there was no free sunbed, something very strange. And another thing that I don't understand is that you can't buy anything to eat at the hotel itself and take it to the pool. The breakfast buffet is good, small but has everything. I asked for a croissant to be grilled and he told me that he didn't have a knife to open it and that I had to go open it and come back again. When I finally go and also ask for a crepe he tells me that there were already some on a tray. some facts, so as not to fight I took it but to Lis' surprise it was stuffed like applesauce, I never understood why he didn't make one for me. The waiters were somewhat clueless, they brought the drink twice, you asked for a bottle of wine and they brought you a glass... things that should not happen in a 4-star hotel and at what it costs. Of course, the Mirador restaurant was another story, the exquisite food, the spectacular service, the atmosphere, the music, everything to order. Despite the little things I have mentioned, the hotel is worth it. It is in a privileged location and is beautiful.

This hotel is in the perfect location with close access to the beach, restaurants and bus routes into the town. The staff were all very helpful. On arrival we had a couple of issues with our room, which was a junior suite. The bathroom is not what I would call private. It has a frosted bathroom door, which is something I really dislike, and the sinks were in the main bedroom. The shower itself was good. The room was very spacious, with a separate lounge area, but if you had a smaller room, then the bathroom set-up might be a problem if you want total privacy. The pool area was well maintained and clean, however, we chose to go to the beach most days as it was lovely and cleaned daily. The hotel supplied fresh towels for use on the beach, or around the pool. We ate at the pool restaurant at lunch time on a couple of occasions, but weren't that impressed. There is close access to a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. Some chains and some authentic local cuisine. Breakfast in the hotel was varied and vast, with pancakes and eggs cooked freshly by the chef. There was so much choice. However, we chose not to have breakfast every day, but on the days we did, it was very good quality. We had a couple of minor issues in addition to the bathroom dislike and these were; they kept forgetting to replenish the tea/coffee in the room and you only got water on arrival, after that you had to replenish it yourself and finally on arrival we felt the room had not been properly cleaned, but that was sorted quickly. We would definitely visit Cadiz again and use this hotel again.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel. We booked a sea view swim up room and it was brilliant. The room was modern, clean and spacious. We didn’t worry about queues for sun beds by the pool as we had our own. Yes, other guest in other swim up rooms can swim past you but you are not paying for a private pool. Maybe keep your clothes on if you don’t want people seeing you naked 🤣. The water was also pretty cold. But the sun was hot so it was very refreshing and you soon forgot about the cold once you were in. Our room was tidied daily and towels refreshed if you wanted them to be. The only negative I have is that the shower isn’t very private but the sink in the room meant I could be getting ready whilst he was in the shower. Perfecto. Didn’t want a gym, came for a rest, so not interested in whether there was one available. Breakfast was brilliant. Lots of choice, very fresh and barely a queue. There were coffee machines scattered around which meant you maybe waited for one or two people ahead of you to get a coffee. Food was plentiful and constantly refreshed. The hotel warned us that it gets busy from 9.30 but we were always down for brekkie at about 9 and it was fine. Lots of availability: no drama. Parking was €18 a day which is what the hotel told us it would be. We’ve travelled around Andalucia this holiday and this is pretty normal. Don’t drive if you don’t want to pay it, the trains are great in Spain. Thanks for a lovely break Bahía Cádiz.

My experience was fantastic overall, but I don't give it the 5 stars because there are things to improve. My room was a studio which I have no complaints about because it was very well conditioned and both the bed and the pillow were comfortable which allowed to rest well, you could hear a little street noise but it was not bothersome because it was not very busy as the studios overlook the back street of the hotel, the kitchen that brings equipped I did not try it so I can not give details of it. Of course, they do not have a terrace usually so if you are looking for that avoid staying in this type of room or ask for one of those that does have that I think are 2 out of a total of 20 approx. On the other hand, the staff was super friendly and treated us great. As for the facilities I have some things to object to, the pool to be such a new hotel had some tiles peeled off that although it does not matter more but for the price that the hotel costs and the short time it has I expected it impeccable in terms of details, but that was not bothersome on my part, what did bother me is the management of the hammocks that are like beds, as people caught them with towels and four days I was only able to enjoy them one afternoon, they should be stricter with the withdrawal of towels from them so that the rest of people can enjoy them (I don't mean to lift the one that has been there all day with the site but I do think that leaving them stored with towels for anything other than bathing you I don't see logical because it threw hours like that, hours that someone else could enjoy). I went in late August. The rest of the hotel very well, the food I can not talk about because I had neither Breakfast nor Half Pension, but the pub on the top floor great.

It is a former residence of free time for officials converted into a hotel. The interior still retains the air of the old building: large spaces and long corridors with a modern but stately decoration. The location is unbeatable as it is right on the beach in the heart of Victoria Beach. The staff is very nice and the room quite large, with a balcony of great views and well soundproofed, which is important because the area is noisy. The bed is comfortable. The dining room is magnificent and the buffet a luxury in sight and palate for variety and presentation.
Despite the positives I have reviewed, this hotel has some negatives to keep in mind, some of which are enough for you not to book again at this hotel: - The time interval in which the buffet is open is the shortest of all the hotels I know. Although my husband and I traveled with very little luggage, we had difficulty placing our things in the mini-dressing closet; partly because the little space existing was occupied by the minibar (pretty big by the way), which could have been located elsewhere in the room and leave that space for guests to place their belongings. - I think in some decorative elements of the room aesthetics have prevailed over comfort. For example, the headboard of the bed was very nice but had a few bumps that protruded that made it impossible to lie on it. My husband and I like to lie in bed watching TV or reading and we couldn't. The same thing happened with the mini armchair divan, very cute designer but super uncomfortable. I'm sorry but the room service didn't live up to expectations. Room made with very little care and we had to wait until four in the afternoon every day, making us unable to lie down for a while after eating. - The bathroom deserves separate mention, since the toilet, bidet and shower area is separated from the bedroom only by a sliding pane of partly opaque glass. The feeling of being exposed is quite uncomfortable and also if you turned on the light while your partner slept, being glass totally filtered into the room. The sink and mirror was literally inside the room, just separated from the bed by the bedside table. The lack of intimacy is total and you also had to groom yourself in the dark if you got up or went to bed before your partner.

We stayed at the hotel in June/July 2024 and spent 2 relaxing weeks there (junior suite no. 409). The two rooms were clean, spacious and each had a flat screen TV. From the two balconies we had a fantastic view of the beach or the sea. The double bed in the bedroom as well as the sofa bed in the living room were comfortable. The walk-in shower with glass walls, the washbasin with storage facilities as well as the freestanding bathtub inside the room took some getting used to, but not really bothering us.
The food (breakfast & dinner) was varied and had tasted us too. Unfortunately, there were no cards with German or English language (only Spanish), so we did not know or recognize which individual dishes were offered. This should not happen in a 4* hotel!
The hotel is located directly on a very long seafront promenade with small shops/grocery stores and many gastronomic offers. The main shopping street with its many shops and very good bus connections is also just a few meters from the hotel. The beautiful old town with its many alleys can be reached by bus in about 15 minutes.
During our holiday unfortunately no beach chairs and umbrellas were available, but only 2 days before our departure (is regulated by the municipality). Since we are not poolgoers, we laid down in the sand with bath towels and bought an umbrella in the shop. Depending on the ebb & flow you could jump into the sea immediately or you had to walk a few meters to the sea. The beach was level and the sea sloping flat before it got deeper. Beach and sea were relatively clean.
Last but not least, we would like to comment on the very nice staff and the good service: Staff at reception and restaurant area were all friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff had always greeted and smiled. At this point we would like to thank Mr. Michael Dudek (reception) as well as Mrs. Laura Muñoz (restaurant management) and cleaning fairy Mrs. Mariola (we only know the first name). They were always helpful, friendly, accommodating and you had the nice feeling of being appreciated as a guest every day. Everything went very pleasantly and professionally. The management is lucky that the 3 people work for the hotel!
And if everything works out, we will see you again this year – we would be very happy about that!
Anja and Peter

Hotel has a prime location. Just across a one-way fairly quiet road from a great beach. One minute walk takes you to a bus stop where there a bus every 10 minutes which will take you into the old city for €1.10
Rooms are large enough and comfortable, bed was very comfy and housekeepers did a great job every day. Laundry was fast and efficient for a very fair price. Buffet breakfast had lots of options, only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that the food offerings for lunch & dinner weren’t great for our tastes, and no coffee/tea facilities in the room. No beach towels was a bit disappointing too. Pool bar was friendly and efficient All in all, we were very happy with our stay and are likely to return.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated, but no consideration is given to practical matters such as sufficient storage space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast wide choice and very good, only more can be taken into account with vegetarians / vegans. Tip for renting a car; wherever white lines are marked you can park the car for free. So you are not dependent on the paid parking garage next to the hotel (19 Euro per day!!!) In Cadiz enough free parking near the hotel.

Everything was very good but the room doors (at least in the apartment part, which is where we stayed) make a lot of noise when they close. Another objection, the lack of any more hangers in the bathroom to leave towels or swimsuits drying - there was no clothesline in our room. Very correct facilities and very friendly staff. The only notable drawback is that the morning before leaving the hotel the power went out in our room and a technician had to come twice to fix it. The studios are ideal to go with a child because they have a small kitchen with a vitro, washing machine, sink and coffee machine. There is also an iron and board. 100% recommendable.
