Unfriendly design, huge spaces not used, sophisticated lighting system that didn’t work properly, no indication to direct to the hotel parking.
Room ordered for 3 adults, paid for 3 adults and equipped with a children bed that blocked the access to the balcony…a disgrace for...More

A modern design with some of the most unfriendly and awkward features. From the underperforming elevator dispatch and layout to the dumb balcony folding glass doors and the most uninspired room bathroom arrangement in memory, which will kill any intimacy/privacy even if you’re recently married...More
We were looking forward to stay at this parador but we would not go back again, very disappointed with quality and service. Shower door did not close so water all over the floor, huge water taps on top of small wash basins, poor quality and...More

Hello, sorry for the delay in answering your question. During the high season, the pool area is reserved for guests; but in midseason (after Easter to end of June and from mid September to end of pool season) there is a product called "Gastrospa" that includes menu+use of spa water circuit + use of outdoor pools; you need to buy a voucher and reserve for the desired day.

We had a rental car so I am not sure. But at the Parador we spoke with an English couple who were flying out of Jerez and they had order a taxi, saying that the cost was reasonable. But I am not sure what "reasonable" means. By the way, if you like horses go and see the horse show in Jerez. Really enjoyable. Rob
