We spent three nights at the Naranjos and had a good experience. The staff are pleasant, helpful and polite. The hotel is quaint with corridors leading to the rooms which are functional and clean. No AC but fans were provided. There is a lovely courtyard area which we used each evening as the hotel allowed us to bring our own drinks in, a nice touch. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty of choices. If you are looking for a modern hotel, Naranjos is not for you but we enjoyed the quaintness.

I can’t understand why this hotel has been so highly rated in other reviews! Yes it does have charm with the central courtyard, but so much is disappointing. The bedroom was tiny - just enough room to walk around the double bed but struggled for space to put our large suitcase on the floor without tripping over it. The air conditioning was totally inefficient and very very noisy. With temperatures in the 40s this meant the room never chilled down enough and it was too noisy or too hot to sleep well. The bed was uncomfortable and rickety. If one person turned the whole bed moved. Yes breakfast is included but again this fell short. Such a shame as the patio could have been a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. The orange juice on our first morning was Luke warm, as was the coffee ( and not the best coffee either).no rolls for tostadas ( would this have been difficult? ) just sliced bread. Other options were rolls / pastries individually wrapped in plastic bags. Yoghurts were kept out unrefridgerated. After the experience on day 1 we went out on the following mornings and paid 3euros each for a tostada, fresh orange juice and a decent cup of coffee in one of the many cafes . Enough said.

Good position close to Plazza De Le Corredera in wonderful Cordoba. Lovely outside corridors in this hotel lead to rooms with little seating corners everywhere which had a bohemian feel. Breakfast in a pretty courtyard added to a fresh air feel to the Hotel. .

This is a lovely, authentic garden hotel in the city center. The center garden, and adjacent patios are a lovely, quiet oasis. The rooms are small with a minimalist-meets-traditional blend of decor. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I gave this hotel a very good rating for their pet friendly policy. We've stayed at many pet-friendly hotels, and most of them are pet tolerant. Casa de los Naranjos is truly pet friendly. They welcomed our 7lb. chihuahua, gave directions to parks and grassy areas and fussed over our pooch. Such little things, but they made all of us, two-legged and four, feel welcome.

a place in a nearby garage for the car and a very reasonable price - but the room was very small and cold - we had to go to reception to get an electrical heater. We just stayed one night (as planned) in the end of March. I'm sure later in the spring or in the summer it will be more comfortable.
