Choose the hotel for out of centre and parking as had bikes. Had bad leg infection so unable to walk or really move on arrival. Asked if had a wheelchair. No but receptionist gave us office chair on wheels, arranged ground floor room. Lovely big bathroom. Staff virtually carried me out of car into chair and back into car the...

The hotel is simply beautiful. The moment you enter from the main gate you'll get a feeling that you are in a different place altogether with lush green garden and blooming flowers all around. The White colour of the main building blends so well with the colourful flowers. There's a spacious reception area with extremely friendly staff. The walk to...

The hotel isn't near the city-center but that was more than fine for me. It is a beautiful location, quiet and serene. The room was lovely and enough space. The breakfast was great, very various. Most friendly staff.

A well appointed hotel with luxury touches somewhat spoiled by strange omissions. There was a nice size outdoor pool which looked inviting but there were no details in the room to say whether it was fit for use. The bedroom was devoid of any decoration, pictures etc and the beds which were not uncomfortable were substantial camp beds, the luxury...

Having read some of the previous reviews I think we have stayed at a different hotel or have become used to Spanish life having lived in Spain for 12 years. Perhaps it is because it is off peak now, but it was all very quiet and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had a problem with the...

In this very elegant hotel, unfortunately there is poor insulation between rooms, you could hear every word from the adjacent rooms. When they turned on the taps in the bathroom I was shocked by the unbearably loud sound. In addition, I could hear every footstep and scratches from the chairs pushed around on the tiled floor of the above flat!...

This hotel was just a bit out of town and we chose it so that we could get away from all the hustle and bustle after a lot of sightseeing over the past week. And first impressions were good as it all looked lovely - but the service wasn't very good - you could wait ages for a waiter or...

Really enjoyed our two night stay here. Very spacious and very clean in all areas, with everything we needed in the room and bathroom, though no hostess tray in the room (thankfully we had brought our own kettle, etc). Beatriz, the restaurant manager, was delightful, very efficient and eager to please, and Immaculada on the reception desk was also charming....

A well appointed hotel in its own grounds. Some way out from the town center but a regular local bus runs from round the corner(5 minute walk) every 20 minutes. A good size pool set in the grounds of the hotel was very appreciated. The hotel was very quiet but we were at the tail end off summer. All in...

As soon as you walk in, it strikes you: spacious corridor, room, bathroom but also old elevator and the worst sound insulation I had in years (I could hear my neighbour plug in his cables of his computer). The garden and swimming pool (although cold so heat a bit the sun) are pleasant and the free parking a plus. The...
