We found the reception to be very friendly. We got a ground floor room which was great for my bad knee. The room was clean and comfortable and two bottles of free water was provided along with four small cartons of juice. We took a taxi to the hotel from the train station but when we were exploring on our... More

On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at Don Paula, which is a basic hotel conveniently located for the main sights of Cordoba. Rooms are a good size and had everything we needed. Decor is a little dated, which didn't bother us in the slightest but is probably worth mentioning for those who are fussy about that sort of thing.... More

If I had nothing to compare it to, I might think it an OK budget hotel in a marvelous city, but there's so much better out there. Challenging to find, down a dark empty street to venture out for dinner (no immediate access to restaurants), it's clean, very basic and in need of updates, hard beds and thin walls, there... More

We had a great time in Cordoba. Everyone at Don Paula was very friendly and helpful with advice on the best places to visit. Room was cleaned and fridge stocked everyday with much appreciated water and juice. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is difficult to find, having to drive down very narrow streets with hard to read street signs. Once we found the hotel, the hotel's owner's son parked the car in the underground garage; that was nice. The rooms are very clean and very small, but for one or two nights, it will be a most pleasant experience. Location... More

This is an excellent budget hotel and one could easily rate it five. The location is unbeatable, everything is clean and shiny and it's excellent value for money. The walls appear to be a bit thin but still OK. They don't serve breakfast so you'll have to look for a place to go. A good area is Plaza de las... More

Don Paula is in a great location.Cordoba is a small city and DP is central. The family who run it are friendly and helpful. We had room 8 which is at the back and is the best according to lady owner.... could not agree more. Arrived by taxi from railway station and realised immediately that Córdoba's streets are not for the faint-hearted driver. We were greeted by the lady of the house and given a very friendly welcome. Our Spanish was almost zero but we got to our room without incident. It was a lovely, comfortable room with a balcony. All we needed was there... More

Thats pretty much it, central, clean, helpful staff. English is not strong, but with google translate you can get buy. From here you can get to any location walking, nothing more than 20 min walk. The pictures describe the room size well, with a sfe in the room too :)
