We had a great stay here! The family room (104) was very spacious with four separate beds in two rooms. The breakfast was excellent. Parking (with a separate fee) is underneath the building and easy to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is superior. You have a short walk to the Kramerbrucke (Merchant's Bridge) and then all of the old town opens up for you. There are a number of outstanding restaurants a short walk away. We'll stay here again on our next trip to Erfurt!

Overall: recommended. Pros: Right in the heart of charming old town, easy to explore Erfurt from here; walkable to/from train station; excellent breakfast; friendly customer service. Cons: Nothing significant. Near some abandoned, graffitied buildings possibly left over from SED government but this shouldn’t be an issue.

Nice hotel in the centre of Erfurt. We had a “Komfort “ room, so it was quite spacious. Everything was spotless and modern, although it would have been nice to have a second chair. Our room faced the back so it was very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was good, although the warm foods were not very hot. Staff were helpful, although at one stage in the evening the reception and receptionist stank of cigarette smoke.

Can not fault the Hotel, enjoyed our stay very much, can recommend it. Hotel is right at the Altstadt, just walk out and you there. The buffet breakfast is very good. Room was modern and very clean. Car parking below the hotel for extra cost but is reasonable priced. Staff was great at check in as well

We loved this hotel in our previous stays and this time was no different! The front desk folks are very professional and warm in their greetings. I find it easier to first park the car in their underground garage and make your way up to the front desk. However there is room in front of the hotel for temporary parking while you check-in, if you’re lucky. The garage entrance is to the rear of the building. It is a one-way entrance so there is no worries of someone coming out, unless it is by accident. The breakfast is always to look forward to enjoying. For us, the 7 to 8 o’cloch time is best in the breakfast room. It seems that folks are still sleeping. We’re already planning a trip back for the Christmas Market! We can’t wait.
