I spent four nights at the Hotel Adler whilst in town for a conference. I didn't have any issues checking in, despite my late arrival (23:00). My room was on the 4th floor; unfortunately the elevator only serves up to the 3rd floor, so it was a flight of stairs to my room. The room was a bit disappointing unfortunately....

My partner and I decided to experience a long city break (4-days / 3-nights) in Leipzig, Germany, in order to visit both the famous Christmas Market there and also Colditz Castle. Our main aim was to enjoy a romantic Christmas themed weekend. As in the past, we elected to search hotels on the Booking.com web site. None of the main...

Good to rest, nice breakfast bufette which was included, there's a computer to use for free, It was ok, confortable beds and nice bathroom but noisy, metro station is in the corner so it woke me up a couple times, guys at the frontdesk should be a little kinder, we didn't mind much because we spent most the time knowing...

Following the Sat Nav took us to some very run down streets with boarded up windows, graffiti everywhere and what seemed to us an Eastern European city left over from the cold war. The hotel itself was in good condition on the outside and in a street with the railway at the bottom. We parked in the street where others...

It may once have been a 3 star hotel but that is a long way from the truth now. One of the lights didn't work and after the promise of being fixed tomorrow still didn't work. There were no towels at all in the room until asked for and then we were given stained old ripped towels. The bed sheets...

I stayed 2 nights at the Adler in mid-September. Recent reviews had made me nervous but I found the Adler to be a very nice hotel with good service, a very adequate breakfast (and proper table linen), a good sized clean bedroom and a fantastic shower. I was welcomed properly when I arrived late, a taxi which I needed for...

I have booked the hotel for business purposes - 2 rooms for my colleague and myself. I have called the hotel 1 day before arrival and asked how it would be if i cancel the reservation as we had an unforeseen change of plans within our company. I said I will need to talk with my colleagues and will call...

We arrived late to the hotel but after having warned several hours before about that. And when we tried to actually use our booking, we've been threatened by the hotel tender of a police call ?! What a nice way to welcome customer. Even worse, they want to make us pay a booking cancellation fee ????

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Adler. The Hotel en general made a good impression. The aspect of the room was ok, but the cleanliness was quite bad. The floor of the room was quite dirty, as well as the bathroom. breakfast was a little poor. not many options and the breakfast service was very slow. The connection to...

We had a one night stay there for a city break in Leipzig. Hotel location is not bad - there is a direct tram to the city center, although neighbourhood is not interesting. Room was a typical three star room, with a bathtub (in plus), but without a fridge (in minus). Decent breakfast buffet.
