Book and even numbered room (they are at the back) to be quiet. Very good breakfasts and interesting cooking at dinner. Comfy well-appointed bedrooms. The Champions Bar at the back of the ground floor has about 15 large TV screens which show sporting events - the bar can get crowded and noisy during big events. Large shopping Mall just opposite

We arrived via train in early afternoon and while we were extremely tired, we decided to walk to the hotel as it was only one block away from the main train station. Even with all our luggage, we made it to the hotel in five minutes....cannot beat the location especially when arriving by train. We stayed here for two nights...

Close to city centre and to shopping areas this hotel is s bit old fashioned and not extravagantly glamorous but has nicely appointed rooms with excellent beds and pillows and correct amenities including coffee/tea making facilities in room. The morning breakfast is of quite high quality with plenty of fresh fruits and an egg station as well as good choice...

Here again.....after my last visit a few months ago. Beds and breakfast still as awesome, can't miss it. However, the fitness room equipment need to be updated. Of the 3 treadmills there, only 1 worked....and it's pre-programmed to stop after 10 minutes. Pretty disruptive if you're trying to do a longer run. Power outlets are the euro styled ones, and...

Typical Marriott style - you know what you're going to get. Good breakfast & well-kept rooms. The one thing I don't understand is that they still insist on charging for internet access in the rooms - this is a relic of the past, stop trying to squeeze guests for this. Having free internet access in public areas is no longer...

The rooms are very comfortable, air conditioning works fine, and the main railway station can be reached within 5 minutes or less. Hotel lounge is fine, as well. Some hot food options are offered in the evening. The hotel could improve its check-in process. First the check-in desks are not easy to find and the staff there has a certain...

A typical Marriott found the world over, which is a good thing. The service is good, rooms comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good. Plus, it's right in the middle of all Leipzig has to offer. <5 min walk to/from the train station, too.

A very dated hotel in the center of Leipzig. The location is truly excellent, however the old rooms really bring it down. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. As a tip for people arriving by car, if you have a big car or an SUV, do not park in the Hotel garage. Park opposite in a newly build multi...

We stayed at the Marriott for one night. Positives - * Perfect location, close to the central station and next to the shopping mall * Friendly and helpful reception staff * Very comfortable bed Negatives - * The pool is inaccessible from 11am to 6pm as it is hired out. Rather inconvenient when the hotel is advertised as having a...
