Stayed here one night in September and was very pleased with it. The room was spacious and very clean. Good wifi in the room. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Location was great, on a quiet street. It was a good 20 minute walk to get to the old town. It was a nice stroll...

In July we spent 2 days in Dresden. We picked this small hotel because of location and family style and it was very good choice. All was perfect, friendly staff, our room was all we needed. Also top restaurant Daniel is housed in this hotel.

Stayed one night with a group. Rooms are average size for Europe, clean, reasonably comfortable. Wifi worked most of the time. Breakfast was comprehensive. The only negatives were lack of air conditioning and lack of ability to heat water for coffee or tea in the room. Mattresses were very soft, but that seems to be the standard for Germany. Staff...

We stayed three nights at this hotel in the Neustadt (New town) area of Dresden which is a pleasent 20 minute walk from the more famous Altstadtd (Old town). The walk can include the Japanese Palace with the beautiful fountain, the Gilded Statue of Augustus the Strong on horseback and the Old Bridge over the river Elbe before you arrive in...

This was a former Frauenhaus (hospital for unmarried mothers) and has been lovingly restored with typically German bedrooms. It is part of the VCH Hotel Chain (Verein Christlicher Hotels - all of which looks absolutely wonderful). The Hotel is in Neustadt (use that station as well: Dresden Neustadt) - in the completely restored Baroque part of the left bank of...

This is a great little hotel with nice, clean rooms and a terrific breakfast. It's a few minute walk to the old town (which is where all tourists want to be). There are nice places to eat in the area and a shopping district only a couple blocks away.

The location is a short walk from the Neustadt bhf and close to much activity in the Neustadt, which is less touristy than the Altstadt and less congested. The hotel was recently modernized, the staff is very helpful and a wonderful buffet breakfast is served in a cheerful glassed area looking into a garden. . Numerous restaurants, antique shops, bakeries...

Boutique hotel with comfortable rooms that have wooden floors. The free wifi didn't work in the room, but did work in the lobby. A few blocks from a tram, but we could walk to restaurants. Took the trams to see the main sights of Dresden. Hotel offered a very nice breakfast buffet with a lot of food choices, even fruit....

This hotel is located just a five minute walk from the Neu Stadt station in Dresen, so easy to walk to even with luggage. It is in a quiet residential area, a short walk away from the historical centre of Dresden, with several good restaurants also in the vicinity. The room was smallish, but suited us well, on the second...

A few minutes walk from Dresden Neustadt railway station and the road network, the Martha is easily accessible. It's in Neustadt, itself interesting - but just over the Augustus Bridge & five minutes walk away is the old town (Altstadt), with its tourist sites (and sights)...much of interest. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was quite...
