Stayed here for 2 nights in the comfort room. Nice and very cosy with sweet colors of the pillows. The room is pretty large and we had a lounge bed in there as well so you don't need to lay on the when you want to chill a bit. Bathroom is a bit small but has a good hot and cold shower. Also the shower area is small. The bathroom has everything you need so no shortage there. Safety box was present, together with a tv set. Just a nice room where you can relax after a long day of walking in the area. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel and picked the Braustube because it's that great atmosphere you find in most of these German places. Nothing fancy, good service and great food. Add some nice wine and of course the beers and you will have a nice night. Do make reservations because it can get very busy. Breakfast has a lot of choice so to start the day with a good breakfast is possible here. If there is a negative or something to remark it was the temperature in the room, just too hot and we couldn't find a way to turn it down so instead we had the window open.

Situated about 2.5 kilometres from the centre of the ancient city, this hotel is an a pleasant, quiet suburb. Bedrooms are spacious and well fitted. As well as 2 good restaurants - one rustic, one up-market, both serving excellent food, there is the bonus of excellent beer from their in-house brewery. If you want to eat here, reservation is recommended, as it is very popular. There's also a large beer garden outside for better weather. Service was always helpful, attentive and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, and there's plenty of parking onsite. Free wifi is available throughout the hotel. The free indoor swimming pool was appreciated. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in Germany, with plenty of choice, and fresh and tasty too. I would happily stay here again.

Great brasserie attached which is worth the stop alone. Good food and beer in a wine area. Comfortable, if a little old fashioned accomodation (rather unusual attempt at a wet room shower in the room I was in).

Location of the hotel is a big advantage - while it is at the verge of the city, surrounded by the beautiful vineyards on the hills, it is very easy to reach the city centre (10 min drive by bus with a stop next door or a nice promenade around 30 minutes with a recommended stop at the amfi-theatre). You can enjoy your time in the spacious garden of the hotel. A pleasant indoor swimming, sauna and infrared cabin are available in the hotel. We tried the hotel’s brasserie which offers a good atmosphere, simple tasty homemade dishes (e.g. burger, schnitzel, fish & chips) and local/regional beer and wine. If coming again to Trier, we would return to this hotel.

Dear lidiag84, thank you so much for he great review. We are super happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. As you said, the bus connection to the city is super amazing and helps a lot to get around in the most relaxed way. You can park your car at our parking space and take either bus number 6 or 81 into the city center every 15-20 minutes. Our beergarden is actually the biggest beer garen in Trier. Here we serve our brewery restaurant menu in combination with our house brewed beer from Kraft Bräu. We are focused on matching the food with the perfect beer. Our service is happy to help you with recommending the perfect beer to your food. We hope that you will be back in Trier one day and are looking forward to welcome you back again at the Blesius Garten. We wish you all the best, your Team of Blesius Garten.
