I was sceptical at first, looked a bit dodgy and cheap with 1950s bathroom tiles. The man was grumpy that night. The rooms are old, but very clean, bedding was very good (clean and extra protection) Breakfast was AMAZING, exactly was I hoping for in Germany. He was much friendlier, made coffee, great speak. Got a handshake when left. Very...

We booked this via booking.com simply because we didnt have a lot of options and choices, and needed something for 1 night. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake which we regretted after we got there. We booked two rooms and had 1 toddler and an infant with us. Similar to the other reviews, the location is really the only positive...

Right opposite Mainz Haupthbanhof,a five minutes on foot will take you to the hotel.Rooms are really small,so as bathroom ABD toilet. But considering the price level of the hotel in its area,it iş still well worth to stay at this hotel.

Positive is the vicinity to the railway station. The room is quite small, however clean. The bathroom is extremely small, for some people it may be impossible to step into the shower or even to sit on the toilet. The toilet paper, by the way, is very bad quality. The breakfast is simple. The view from the window was into...

Opposite Mainz Hauptbahnhof so you can fall out of bed, brush your teeth and be on the S-Bahn into Frankfurt before you're even awake, and handy for exploring the city of Mainz. Friendly staff, helpful. Taking your key with you makes them unhappy so leave it on the front desk, desk is open until well into the small hours. Nice...

Smallest bathroom in the world. Tired building and room. But, if you're only overnighting its the closest to the Mainz hauptbahnhof. Paid 90 euros without breakfast, which was outrageous except that there was a convention in town and couldn't get into our favorite Koenigshof across the square.

Spartan hotel, this is not the problem. The problem is that the hotel manager does not speak any other language than english, tried to charge me more, gave me a double room because he did not have a single room but was annoyed (it was not my fault!), charged me for the internet when there was a note in the...

The Hotel Terminus is right opposite the Main Station in Mainz. It's a convenient location for exploring the city, Frankfurt or the Rhine valley. The hotel is small and covers 5 floors. Our room was a twin-bedded room on the 4th floor. It was small but servicable. The en suite was about as small as you could get and would...

“One of those hotels where wifi is advertised but isn't free. I was told I could have breakfast twice and this would get me wifi. Had breakfast once and it was a bit expensive for what it was, suggest to grab something in the railway station opposite.”
