The hotel looked good and lived up to our expectations. Helpful and friendly staff very secure storage for the bike and the extra pillow I had requested on booking had been provided without having to ask for it. Good breakfast good and breakfast area. Our room was really nice, very clean and comfortable . Certainly not like the picture above!... More

Very nice hotel on edge of old town. I think we had an upgrade to a suite, which was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast good. Street noise was a bit of a problem but there were road works outside at the time.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a double room on the second floor directly opposite the lift/stair case and my mother in law stayed in a single room on the same floor. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. Both rooms were equipped with a fan and the bathrooms were very clean. Unfortunately the rooms were... More

We spent a night here and it was hard to sleep. Not only was the room noisy as other reviewers mentioned, but the curtains also let through some of the outside light, which makes it hard for jet-lagged travelers in summer. The breakfast was excellent and definitely one of the best things this hotel has to offer. The staff was... More

Super-quick check-in, I think the reception person was going for a record. Our room was comfortable and a good size, with an excellent shower. Good buffet breakfast, with a wide selection. Secure bicycle storage is offered in an office room just off the main lobby.

5 of us stayed here on a motorcycle tour. Brilliant city centre location, nice spacious rooms and secure parking nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great. Just a short walk from the Rhine and Mosel rivers near the old town. Easy to get to as well !

We Stayed in the Apartment. It had 2 bedrooms and a private bath. This was an excellent value for our money. I read many reviews prior to staying there and we had no issue with noise. We asked for extra pillows and shams. The hotel breakfast and staff exceeded our expectations. The beds were standard European sized. The wifi did... More

I stayed Here one rainy night - it was a nice plain little hotel. It was clean and had a nice breakfast. It was very close to the altstad and the Deutsches ecke. They stored my luggage for the day and Were more than eager to help me out after I walked around the city and came back soaked. Breakfast... More

Location is good, staff mostly friendly. Agree with the comments I other reviews about the bed size and the need for extra pillows and quilts. The staff member we spoke with was happy to provide additional pillows and quilt though there was some confusion as she delivered them to only one of the 2 rooms and then seemed a little... More
