I had an late arrival and early departure in this hotel. The parking is free and the check was fast and efficient. My room was located at the 4th floor and unfortunately there is no elevator. Not a pleasure to bring your luggage up 4 floors. The room and bathroom and small but ok. Breakfast was really nice and the...

I only stayed here one night. The room I got was very clean and I really love finding small welcome gifts in hotel rooms; they left Haribo candies on my bed. I also liked having pre-dinner drinks and dinner in this hotel. The breakfast I liked very much. There was a variety of choices to choose from. They seem to...

Old hotel with a certain charm. Nice and present staff. The rooms are slightly old and worn but the beds and pillows are wonderful in the world. The food served in a friendly and charming environment, the range is somewhat limited but well cooked and good.

We stayed a week in a lovely apartment managed by this Hotel. It was perfectly located just by the old town, close to the Forum Centre and the Theatre. It was a one bedroom apartment with a living area with small kitchenette and a sofa bed, and a lovely bathroom. We were joined by friends for a few days, and...

The hotel sits on a good bus route so access to the centre of Koblenz isn't an issue. Very clean, breakfast good, bistro food available to guests good but service over attentive if you just want a quick meal (a hangover from their main 'fine dining' restaurant I assume). Room good but lots or irritants. Hairdryer didn't work. Shower temperature...

My wife and I stayed here for the German Grand Prix and used it as a base to travel and visit Koblenz. The room was very nice and the wine terrace, breakfast and restaurant are lovely. The service is very good. The staff mostly speak good English. Ask for a room on the lower levels as there is no lift,...

Didn't book so needle in a haystack job on entering Koblenz. Thought after seeing the first hotel, got to be able to do better than this apology for a hotel so went for a further drive with the kids and Madame getting more frustrated at 7pm. Stopped at the Stein and what a find. The young guy doing reception whilst...

This small hotel (30 guest rooms) is in a traditional brick building situated in a residential area close to the Mosel river. Nice for jogging or evening walks. The street is a little noisy, so you better take a room in the back. The hotel runs also a very stylish restaurant which is in the backyard surrounded by a small...

I've spent several nights at Hotel Stein. The property is pretty nice, very well kept and comes with a high level restaurant. The rooms, common is that they are all very clean and there is all you need...except elevator, and if you are at 5th floor, maybe with some luggages, you regret your choise, beside that the single room is...

Agree with other reviewers that walk into town is not the easiest. Although being aware of this, we still booked a room in the hotel, to discover that the route is a bit more complicated then you would expect from looking at the map. Hotel however is easy to find by car and the room looks in line with the...
