Right in the center of Altstadt, in the family for generations, now owned and operated by Stephanie. Great rooms, nice bathrooms, nice small restaurant in lobby. I stay here every time I come to Koblenz, which I love, stayed here maybe 15 times over 20 years. You can walk to the hotel from the main train station (hauptbahnhof), even better...

Old fashioned cosiness! This little hotel in the old town district of Koblenz - where the rivers Rhine and Mosel converge - is traditional Rhineland Gemuehtlichkeit (which can't be translated, so ask your hostess Steffi Klein). Minutes away from sights, restaurants and bars, the Kornpforte (corn gate) is ideal for a short or long stay. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful...

The rooms & bathrooms are medium-sized and are the typical clean, efficient and charmless rooms you would expect in a mid-class German hotel. However the beds are comfortables, the shower is good and the location fantastic, which upgrades for me this hotel from average to good.

A superb hotel so conveniently situated in the heart of Koblenz. A short stroll to the center of town, five minutes from the Rhine and Mosel. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Parking available upon request, good sized rooms, well appointed. Great breakfast and helpful staff.

The room was comfortable, the hotel was central, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. It's a 10-minute or less walk to the Deutsches Eck, where the Mosel flows into the Rhine and the Seilbahn takes you up to the castle.

Solo traveler who spent a long weekend in Koblenz. This is a lovely place, incredibly warm and cozy; ideal for this time of year. Excellent traditional German breakfast and yummy food in the hotel's restaurant. This is centrally located, so it is perfect to nip out and explore Koblenz's shops and the Christmas Markets. Friendly and helpful owners/staff who are...

Family run hotel with very friendly & helpful staff in the "Altstadt", walking distance to the Mosel & Rhein, ideally suited for exploring Koblenz. Lovely breakfast, cheap fast Internet. If you don't feel like going out in the evening, the hotel has a "Weinstube" with great local wines and excellent food. All in all - definitely a place to go...

I took my AS German class to visit the beautiful town of Koblenz and because of its location decided to stay at the Hotel Kornpforte in the Koblenz Altstadt (old town). The rooms were adequate but they came at a price - 90 Euros for a double which is rather hefty compared to similar hotels in the vicinity. Anyway the...
