First at arrival, the parking is very small, especially in regards with the number of rooms. Reception is not the most friendly, but efficient. We had a drink at the bar, where it was not many customer, but depside of the service is not quick. The room is confortable, but fairly old, with carpets and twin beds even I reserved... More

Unless you are using a GPS, the hotel is not easy to find as its down an alley and there is no directional signage until you are outside the hotel. Parking is free of charge but gets quite full. Clean, pleasant hotel and the wifi is good. Convenient for a one night stay. You need a WiFi password PER device.... More

Quiet and peaceful hotel in 70s style. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nice and clean. But the bed was to Gard for me and at least one pillow short. The breakfast was fresch and ordinary. The curch Bell did wake you up each morning.

We had booked one night at the hotel on our way from France to Denmark. We received a very professional and excellent service at our late arrival on a Saturday evening and this continued the following morning during our breakfast and when leaving the hotel. We had not time for discovering the city, but the hotel has been put on... More

Stayed here with group on business/political trip. Location is not great, on a very busy street a bit of a walk from the city center. Staff is helpful and competent. I don't know if there are many options in the area so this may have been the best. Our plans were made by others. I would have prefered being closer... More

Its a fairly old place and very basic, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are plain but comfortable, with decent bathrooms and showers. Typically for German hotels, there is always a good breakfast buffet. It only has a small bar and no real restaurant for dinner but there is a good restaurant, Hammerhutte, close by. Its not... A very nice hospitable hotel. I was with some people from Russia and it was really nice to know that the receprionist speaks Russian. There was everything needed in the hotel although I found their breakfast a little scant

The hotel is everything you would expect from BW. To reach the city centre you might want to use a car. hotel staff is really kind and helpful. Room is quiet and breakfast is nice with good selection of hot and cold food, I loved the teas selection.

The hotel was great. Extremely clean and well kept. Everything in our room was working and we were very comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly without exception. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and can certainly recommend to others. The price was very good and the breakfast too. It was quiet at night and felt safe to... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times on business trips and it has almost become a second home. The staff are friendly and the rooms are well presented. The breakfast is always good with lots of choice, including a cooked option and the Krombacher beer is always welcome. If you want to eat there in the evening there isn't much... More
