2 night stay for business. Staff is friendly but struggles with the basics: booking w business credit card is needlessly difficult, staff don't know what an adapter is, needed to call reception so the rowdy customers simmered down on the hallway at midnight, asked for room away…

"Rooms on the lobby side of the hotel should be quieter (rooms on opposite side of lobby face a street, but still not too loud/busy)"
"One double matrass/covers and more supportive pillows. "
"Ask for a room away from reception. I stayed on the ground floor and quite noisy if people are smoking and talking outside."
"Go to the bar at the bowling alley next door as it's open to 1am at weekends, it's cheap."
"If traveling with a dog then request a ground floor room for easy outside access."
