I stayed here 3 nights, the hotel is clean and quite modern; everything works and the rooms are functioning. The temperature I was able to regulate but it was warm enough. The staff spoke good English and everyone was kind and professional. Mainly it is a business hotel, breakfast are very good with high quality food. A gym would fit...

My boyfirend and I stayed here for one night as we were going to a gig at Turock! Check in was quick and the hotel was easy to find from the train station. The room was very clean and modern, the bathroom was spotless. Beds were comfy. Booklet did say there were English channels on the TV but we couldn't...

The hotel is close to the city center, and by 15min walk you are at the main station. Room size is ok, definitely nothing to complain about. Breakfast is also good. WiFi is free. Staff was very friendly.

This is a typical commercial hotel where travelling sales people stop. Reasonable pricing, close to, but not in central Essen. The staff is polite and the bar is good. The hotel's restaurant is not a bad place at all. Rooms are reasonable, but a bit simplistic. Stayed in the business suite and well, a suite only in the most formal...

The stay was very pleasant and the staff was friendly and accommodating. This was my first time here and I would stay her again in the future. It is in central location and is walking distance from shopping and restaurants

Straight forward and comfortable hotel away from the main street in Essen, but conveniently close to it and to the station. Beds were comfortable, decor is modern, service straightforward. Wifi was a little slow, and breakfast filling.

Stayed here couple of times during business trips to Essen.Just to say that this hotel and rooms are neat and clean. The only downturn is that if you get a room facing the main road it is quite noisy when keeping the window open - so ask for a room facing the back side. Facilities are good, but no water...

Stayed at this hotel whilst in Essen overnight on business. Whilst the room was comfortable, spacious & clean and the staff on reception were super helpful and friendly by main recommendation for this hotel is for the fantastic food served in the restaurant - first class! The restaurant staff were again really friendly but I would be tempted to return...

Rooms were nice but lacking extra pillows and toiletries. Had to call reception for extra pillow and got, literally, one. Location was good, right beside tram stop and a short walk to centre. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but we were able to leave our bags. Breakfast was €17 per person so we didn't bother.

This was a typical three to four star hotel catering for business users who stay a few days. The rooms were clean and clinical with limited, but adequate, amenities. Nothing "luxury" but everything that was needed. The beds were double size but for single occupation only served with single quilts and one pillow. More available on request but not otherwise...
