Burns Art is a lovely hotel, located conveniently to transportation and attractions. It has a welcoming, quaint lobby/bar area and delicious breakfast. If you book a room, request the backside of the hotel. The front of the hotel faces a street lined with bars/night clubs, which is way too noisy -- even on a weeknight.

This hotel has an excellent location, walking distance from transportation and main attractions. Very clean, tiny elevator just you and a luggage. Extremely uncomfortable at night no air-conditioning you have to open the windows to get some fresh air but when you do this all the noise from the street is a bit overwhelming, specially police or ambulance every 30...

The Burns Art Hotel in Dusseldorf is wonderful. I know, I tend to say that a lot about the hotels I stay in, but it’s true. I wanted something small and unobtrusive. Nothing flashy, certainly nothing corporate, and while I’ve often criticised ‘boutique’ hotels for being, well, a little contrived, I’ve decided that small hotels – as opposed to big...

I have traveled and lived in Europe, and by EU standards, I like this hotel quite a lot. The staff was courteous and helpful, customer service level excellent for EU and on par with other regions. Rooms were clean, upscale, EU style of bedding (which I like), closets, and decor (which is fine with me). Also, they had free wifi,...

The four stars rank is indeed deceiving; the reception staff was rude didn't let me check in before 15:00 despite the fact I stay for three days. The facilities are bad too. The cleaners and her stuff are lied everywhere even occupies the common spaces. One of the worst hotels I stayed.

A very comfortable and well appointed hotel in the middle of Düsseldorf. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide selection of fresh foods. Bedrooms well appointed although a bit cold on the tiled floors in November. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Burns Art Hotel in a junior suite September 2015 only one night arriving at 9 PM and left 9 AM the next day. Service was friendly, no complaints. My critique is about the facilities. The hotel is built in a building combining 1950:s and early 1900:s buildings. All the common areas are like a stairway of a tenement....

We booked this hotel because there was a big discount, and it ended up to be the best and the cheapest hotel during our Germany trip. But I doubt that we would opt for this hotel if it offered the original price. We stayed in 2 different rooms at the beginning and end of our trips. Both rooms were very...

I would like to highlight that this is only my personal opinion and experience, but I need to share it. Spent 2 days at this hotel and never back! First approach, nice, old building and very friendly personnel. After I saw the room, I was kind of unpleasant surprised compared to the money charged for one night and that it...
