As others have said, the pillows are no more than covers they are that thin. Our room was on the front and was very loud. Workmen started drilling before 8am on our 2nd day and whilst not the hotels fault, you could hear everything. Inside the room was fine, clean and had a good shower. The hallway smelled musty. Had... well situatated from the main train train station.most of the staff friendly, beds very uncomfortable, pillows very thin and old ( need about 4) .hotel a bit run down although clean, not a nice part of the city, rather stay outside the city as the trains are very good.did not have breakfast.

Exclusively near the Hbf. Rather tasty breakfast is available from the very early morning. Trams are NOT loud at all, like some customers say. Service is pretty polite. There were some regular discounts for the prices of the stay for the autumn period - so it was really reasonable. If you are a bit late (after the midnight) - need... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of our Rhine River cycle tour. This hotel is inadequate for cyclists, with no dedicated bike storage area. We managed to manoevere the tandem bicycle down a narrow flight of stairs and 'parked' it in an open hallway (staff area only) then applied our personal bicycle locks for security. The... More

We stayed for a week, whilst attending the Glasstec exhibition. Rooms were clean, and well soundproofed, so the heavy traffic expected in a city centre location could not be heard at all. Free wifi was good quality, and the breakfast buffet was very well presented. Staff allowed me to practice my German, and as a result by the end of... More

Basic accommodation, clean and quiet. Breakfast very good: lots of cold meats, cheese etc.. (typical German), unlimited coffee, numerous teas (herbal & "real". Fruit, yoghurt & some cereals. No bar or restaurant in hotel..

The hotel is very basic, and the noise from passing trams is intrusive. The worst thing is the price for a basic room during Medica We paid around 440 euros for one night, and that was booking some time in advance. The hotel actually tried to get me to pay in advance, or they would cancel the room. I had... More

Good location, close to train station, but not at the city centre. Room and bathroom was very clean, nice decoration and warm. But little far from old city centre, breakfast was ok, but generally in Germany breakfast in hotels don't have any sweets (croissant, cake etc). It was really cheap, i would definitely recommend it.
