Excellent location near the main railway station, city centre and the football museum, tidy rooms, stylish lobby and breakfast room. Ample breakfast. Very helpful and kind staff. Parking possible in the yard. Excellent shopping area around the hotel. Quiet street, traffic does not disturbe. Stadtbahn station within walking distance, museums, concert hall and opera, as well. Genuine value for money!

Situated in a quiet back street, this hotel is very convenient for the railway station. Its rates are very reasonable, and I could find no fault with my stay. A clean, comfortable and well-equipped room; friendly and helpful staff; a very good buffet breakfast.

Great location in a quite street in walking distance from the train station. Nice rooms, big showers, amneties, big beds, very smooth bed linen, balcony - and all that for less than 70 €! What else does a business traveller need? A good breakfast and guess what: that's included!

We stayed here whilst visiting the Christmas Market, and found it perfectly situated for sight seeing. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We only had breakfast but food was plentiful and delicious will stay here again. Early booking might help as small hotel compared to others.

Literally a stone's throw away from the Hbf. Rooms are spacious, very clean, with fresh and modern decor. Staff are friendly and efficient. Wifi is free and strong. Breakfast area is large and has a wide selection. Overall highly recommended.

I spent one night in transit at this pleasant and welcoming hotel located on a quiet street in the city centre, five minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof. My room was bright and spotless, with modern décor.

Location is ideal and prices are okay for what you get. The accommodations are good and contemporary. I can hear the next door bathroom. Very welcoming place but not perfect. If you get a rate on a site under 89 for single or 100 for double, its a good choice because location and the hotel itself. Breakfast very good. `make... More

We stayed at The Gray Hotel on our tour of Europe for on night. The Hotel has just under gone a major refurbishment and was immaculate in every way form the rooms to the breakfast room. So we needed a place to stay for just one night. Managed ro search for others as well but we decided on this one due to cost per night, location and pretty good reviews here/booking. The room was ok, a lot of space and clean. The staff was ok in the evening but the lady in the morning was really... More

“You don't have to book the hotel parking, there is a public parking next door that you can use over night for free, so if you leave early in the morning, safe the money. If you have problems with strong light you shouldn't take a room to the inner courtyard. There are very strong lights for this parking and they don't switch off in the night, so you might be disturbed. If you are not patient and don't want to wait long for an elevator, don't take rooms in the upper levels, the elevator is a mess - but that's the only mess in that hotel.”
