I booked this hostel online because of the free parking noted on the site. But when I arrived there they carged me €12 for parking. I showed them what I red on the site, but no result. I needed to pay or they would move my car. Not great customer service at all! I also needed to make my own...

Me and a lot of my friends were visiting Cologne on a school trip. We arrived there tired after 17 hrs on a coach and just wanted to go to sleep however the bed sheets had been left for us to put on. I put on my bed sheet and pillow case but not my duvet cover which i didnt...

Myself and two friends stayed in this hostel on a cycle trip along Rhine Route Velo 15. Modern hostel and although clean rooms and reasonable food was a bit lacking in atmosphere. Opposite side of river to main tourist area but only about a 30 minute walk. Safe area for bikes. We had B&B, eventing meals and a 4 bedded...

Very good ratio price/value, location just around the corner from exhibition site, across the Rhein from Dome. The breakfast is basic, yet OK for this kind of accommodation. Hostel is well organized, but seemed to be it lacked the atmosphere, that you can find in smaller facilities. Stay recommended for low-cost travellers.

I've been to this hostel for confederation meeting good and clean. Close to amenities if you take tram it only takes 10 minutes to go to city centre, but no towels in the rooms and you have to buy an data at reception to use internet but you can't use the data in the rooms only in the lobby area

The hostel location is excellent for whom are going to attend the exhibition in Köln messa it's 5 minutes walk and it's one minute wake to the train station. It's infront of KölnSky building. The room is not bad with basic stuff one table and two chairs. The breakfast is served good. I recommend it for business travelers.

We stayed here for a conference and really enjoyed the experience. Our room was en suite and had single/bunk beds for 5 - though we were only 2. It was beautifully clean and the shower was great. Venue staff were all very helpful and friendly and the facility was great - nice grounds, simple but good breakfast, a nice bar...

This was a great place to spend the last night of our trip, 20 minutes' walk from the middle of Cologne, so easy for shopping/food/tourist places. Comfortable, reasonable size dorms. Decent buffet breakfast.

Struggling to understand some of the bad reviews on here: have stayed here many times over the last few years and it's always been excellent. Rooms are clean and functional (some even have TV), and the showers are hot and powerful. The reception area is spacious if a little echo-ey, and there's a downstairs cellar bar/games area as well as...

I booked to go to Cologne over Karnival weekend with a group of friends. Lots of accommodation doubled their prices this weekend and this hostel was significantly cheaper. I booked three 4-bed rooms, which were clean with ensuite bathrooms each. The foyer was clean and modern, serving drinks and snacks. The location is great, with a 20 min walk across...
