Very friendly welcome and hospitality. A comfortable, spacious, clean and well decorated room. A perfect breakfast and service. In the walking distance to the Cathedral, HBF and shopping streets. Highly recommended.

I do not believe so. We came to town on the train and did not have a car so I never inquired. There is on street parking in the area, but it is it on a narrow street.
