Really decent hotel. Great friendly service oriented staff, nicely styled comfortable rooms and super Wellness area with hamam and dry sauna. Roof terrace was closed because of the weather. Minor grievance: from a four star hotel one should expect to have free mineral water and Nespresso in your bedroom. Spa only open until 20.00

Located very near the central station and the cathedral, this very nice hotel is an exclusive place. Cool cocktailbar and amazing deco (see picture). Rooms are very nice and staff helpfull. Spa and all necessary amendities for a 4* hotel. I recommend.

We visited for two nights in December for a mini break after our wedding. The hotel staff were very friendly upon arrival and our room was ready for an early check in which was helpful after an early start. The hotel is nicely designed and in a very convenient location. I cannot comment on the food as we didn’t eat here. Our room was a nice size and the beds very comfortable. It was very hot in the room though, and despite altering the air conditioning we did have to sleep with the window open to avoid being too uncomfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel.

this place is designed for having no people actually stay here it's very dark and the lights don't work properly in the rooms, constantly having to switch off and one to see if any work I bumped into mirrors that could have been the lift because of the darkness and regularly bumped into things because there was no light and only darkness with dark furnishings too bed was very uncomfortable, not a double bed but two single ones put together which mean there was a hole in the middle, didn't help my jet lag they give you coffee but no milk or sugar, weird...I had to ask for some at 4am (I was jet lagged and this didn't help) the suite/penthouse room is not designed to meet business which I was going to use it for given the bedroom is in the middle of the living room with no doors... staff were friendly enough the club sandwich was disappointing as it used sliced chicken not chicken breast and white bread also surprised there was no Reisling on the wine menu but there was Australian wine for some bizarre reason... overall I wouldn't stay here again

We stayed 2 nights room was clean. There’s a microwave in the room no tea and coffee facilities tho. Thought for a five star hotel the room could of had a few more things in it like a bottle of water there’s no tissues and some shampoo & conditioner. The shower bottle was a bit ropy they obviously just use the same bottle and top it up. TV in the room could be a bit higher so you could see it. There’s no spare pillows in the room but plenty of space to put your clothes. Bar staff the men are very friends and smiley and accommodating the bar lady not so much not that friendly a bit on the rude side other staff lovely. Had food in the bar area had a Club sandwich was divine bacon was so tasty and the egg was cooked to perfection. Weird door man in jeans and jacket who wanted to help us with out luggage think he worked there but couldn’t tell as he wasn’t in uniform . No water in the room or tea and coffee. Within walking distance of Christmas markets. Breakfast was good.
