I have stayed at tis hotel before. It doesn't disappoint for value, location, cleanliness, comfort or breakfast. I would certainly stay again and recommend to others. I give it a rating of excellent and that is based upon the price paid and standard provided for that price.

The rooms are large but a little out-dated. In the evening it's a little bit noisy due to all the clubs and bars in the neighborhood. Near city center. For 14 euros you can park you car in the hotel parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Good hotel for party night or Christmas market.

We stayed in Flandrischer Hof for three nights for the Cologne Xmas Markets, and overall were happy with the hotel and consider it reasonable value for money. On arrival, the staff were friendly & spoke good English. We booked a comfort room which was a room complete with a double bed, wardrobe and a sitting area with settee. The room... More

On arrival the staff are lovely very good English which helped as my attempt at German is not so . We found our room easily on the third floor and it was clean and tidy. the only problem was it was two single beds with no room to push them together but we didn't dwell on it or make it... More

Have been to this hotel several times over the years. No two stays are ever the same. A lot of this has to do with the fact that the hotel is a collection of 4 or 5 different buildings cobbled together into a single hotel. This means your experience can vary greatly from any review you read here. But there... More

Conveniently located on a quiet side street near Rudolfplatz, walking distance from the city centre, you are welcomed to this simple 3 star hotel by very friendly and helpful staff. The morning breakfast buffet was OK with plenty to choose from. The WiFi service could be unpredictable/unreliable depending on your location within the hotel. Very easy access to the subway,... The hotel is just OK. It´s 20 min by walk to the center. The area is nice because it has a lot of restaurants and bars, but is also noisy during the night. The staff, on the other side, was really nice all the time.

We stayed at Cologne after 3 days in Paris. From the minute we got off the train in Cologne we found the locals very friendly, helpful and only to obliging to help out with English if we needed it. This continued into the hotel. Very comfortable room, obliging staff, helped out with electrical power point converters and kettles for cups... More
