The room was very clean, but that is the only thing positive about it. It was outdated and way to small. Made me feel like I was at boardingschool. Only difference the rate and the loud soccerfans in the bar!

This is definitely a hotel to recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. Clean comfortable room and hotel. Breakfast is a magnificent buffet. Can't think of a thing to complain about!

Great stay at this hotel. All staff from reception to restaurant were absolutely nice and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet, with the radiators and all other appliances in good working condition. Bed was comfortable and the linen was good quality. Bathroom was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of good quality options. Internet was working well.

I stayed at the hotel for just under two weeks and it was great. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind and thoughtful, and the breakfast is excellent with a great selection (and a cute beverage corner is always open during the day). The location is especially convenient - a bus stop to the...

The Best Western Hotel Heide was one of the spookiest stays of the trip to Germany. There was no air-conditioning and particularly on the second visit we had to leave the big windows wide open. To make it worse there were no screens. Being Americans it left us feeling exposed. You know, what if somebody climbed in the window at...

+ very very good and helpful staff + Moderate breakfeast + pool and small welness center - Limited and slow internet - very old fashioned room - low quality in entire hotel - no tea and coffee set in the room - not close to city center - Quality/price rate is fair.

Dear Guest, thank you for completing our survey. Thank you for the compliments for our staff. I´m sorry, that you were not satisfied. You always get free coffee and tea on your room. Everything in our hotel has a good quality. Please let us know directly, is something wasn´t ok. Kind regards

I stayed 2 night in a rather small room. There is a nice wellness area including a fairly big pool. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was generous! A good place to stay even though a few steps away from the centre.

A very nice and comfortable hotel in a residential area with FREE parking, The rooms are of a nice size and very clean , nice bathroom. The restaurant is nice, breakfast is the best value we encountered in Germany.

It has the basics and you should get by no problems. However lot of room for improvements. - Breakfast poor especially if you are a vegetarian. - Rooms are cold. Heater wasn't working in my room. - No English news channels on TV. - Wrong sized blankets in room.
