My wife poured some nail polish in the room on thursday ( could happen ). Management found me on saturday only , saying they cannot clean it and will remove the carpet. Cost me euro 1900,00-. No cleaning company statements , no pricing calculations. Picture enclosed. Germany ??? 5stars ???

Obviously, this is not an average hotel at all. I cannot give more than 3 stars however Hotel management needs to change one thing very quickly: charging for WiFi at ridicolous prices. Nobody does this. It's free practically everywhere. The person responsible for such a decision is simply in the wrong position and making this hotel the laughing stock of...

With rather low expections I had to spend a night in the so called first hotel in wiesbaden. Apart from the beautiful Kurhaus (opposite) and the classic building it's no where near to 5 stars. Disappointing small and in urgent need of renovation rooms, slow and rather unfriendly service, starting @the entrance plus the less than mainstream food. Overall, poor...

The hotel kept us (12) in a nice cozy Retaurant that you reach by passing two flights of stairs. The personnel is very nice and handles perfect English. It was very tasty and would be high level class rated. Surely recommend for any event celebration as well as a great WE in couple visiting Wiesbaden. Good place!

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip. The hotel is in a wonderful location within easy walking distance to lots of shops and eateries. The hotel facilities are wonderful, there are a few restaurants to chose from and the room service options were good too. The pool and spa were lovely.

Checked in at noon wanted to have a relaxing spa oriented weekend. Wonderful location, wonderful hotel, room everything looks great. We had a relaxing massage and wanted to relax at the thermal pool. Was wonderful until the children arrived. No more relaxation. Very loud. Ask people working there and they are, we told them to be quite. We finally left....

If membership of leading hotels in the world means the follow: Unpleasant bar staff, wifi at dial up speeds, inability to control temperature in the room, unable to provide a firm pillow, forgetting to send dry cleaning out and a awful shower. Then membership is perfect. It's the small things that matter at the rates they are charging. It's a...

The plus side: it is a great old school hotel. It has this lovely feel of being in another world, with thick bathrobes, turnover service, wooden floors, plush carpets and high, high ceilings. The location is good, the breakfast overpriced (32 Euro?!?!) but fabulous and the thermal pool heavenly. The gym is good, the views are nice. And the piano...

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was comfortable. Centrally located. The pool was wonderful. Great to have a heated mineral swim in the middle of winter. Front desk staff were v obliging. Breakfast was adequate, although service was very slow. As I mentioned, this is primarily a luxury spa hotel. For the business traveler, the lack of power sockets by the...

Nassauer Hof is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World and nowadays a typical member of this hotel collection. Nearly all top deluxe facilities and hotel groups left Leading Hotels last year and in total this brand became an accumulation of privately owned or managed hotels with largely more or less urgent need of refurbishment. As a Leaders...
