We stayed two nights here, and on our arrival the owner, Thilo carried our case to our room, which overlooked fields, and had a balcony. It was a large room with good clean facilities, with bright furnishings. Our dinner and breakfast was served in the capacious bar and restaurant, the only odd thing I found was that we had to...

We stayed here as part of our topdeck tour This was one of our first nights and i truly enjoyed my stay here. The service was great, they even put up with our late night card games. The rooms were spacey and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was average. The meal was really good also, and the drinks...

Cute, small, traditional place to stay. Rooms were a decent size and fairly clean. Breakfast wasn't anything special, bread, meat, cheese and cereal. It is in a very small town so there is nothing around the hostel to do. Must pay for wifi, which only works in the common area.

Nice quaint hotel. Very traditional in that the staff wear traditional attire. The staff were welcoming and efficient, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The area in which is situated is quiet and relaxing.

We stayed here as a part of a Top Deck Tour. Absolutely loved it. Although an odd place to visit, the accomodation was refreshing, homely and overall a pleasant stay. The room size was great, and cleaniless was good. Washrooms were a good size and morning breakfast was simple. We had dinner included, but it wasn't the best for vegetarians.

I stayed here as part of my Top Deck tour last August. We were meant to stay in some castle in this region, but that wasn't available, so we ended up here. The accommodation was comfortable and quiet. The meal we had at dinner was delicious and the wine lovely. The staff were really friendly and out going.

This was the worst 'hotel' we've ever stayed at. The first of the three night stay after a late arrival, the 'light supper' advertised was not available & after arguments with the Gold Crest tour company's hired driver, a disgusting dish of black soup was offered but after one mouthful was returned only to be served up again the next...

Stayed for 3 nights. After a very late arrival we were expecting a 'light supper' this was not available, though this was more to do with the travel operator than the hotel. The distribution of room keys was a bit of a fiasco - the hotel had not allocated rooms to guests, so it was up to the drivers to...

This was my first visit to Germany so not sure how this hotel compares to others. It was adequate but short on facilities. Breakfast basic. First night's meal poor; an improvement the second night. No lift. Free bar but drinks during the free hour of poor quality.

We really enjoyed our New Year weekend. The hotel was lovely and clean and all of the staff were warm and friendly. The New Year party buffet was really nice and the firework display put on for us was great. We danced until 3 a.m and it was still going when we left. We would recommenend this hotel to others...
