Stayed on a business trip for two nights. Staff where fantastic and helpful as we checked in late at night. Room was really nice and the shower was fantastic. Wifi was really good throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel to begin our fairy tale route. It was simple not expensive, rooms very clean and served it's purpose. We visited the Hanau area the museum is lovely and we took pictures by the brothers Grimm statue. We had two double rooms one was big with living area the other smaller but we...

Hard to find the parking, no lift (or at least I was neither directed to one nor di find one), narrow stairs, kind of strange to have to pay upon arrival. Rooms quite German traditional. Good breakfast.

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was wonderful and the best part is that it is centrally located to so much. And the breakfast was very good. Parking in the rear was private and secure which made it even more inviting to stay there.

First the facts- there were crumbs on the couch for the three days I stayed here, I did not put them there. The lamp hadn't been dusted in weeks. The wifi was spotty at best. The bathroom floor mat smelled mildewed every time it got wet. There was a stain on the wall that appeared to have been from a...

We felt like we are staying for free and we have to deal whatever they...

Very comfortable room. The external window shutters helped to keep the room cool. Shower and toilet were not en suite but were not shared with another room and there was a sink in the room. This reduced the price to an affordable level. The buffet breakfast was very varied, including fresh fruit salad, nuts & seeds and a large selection...

I've stayed here for work a few times and find the room cozy (I like the Milka chocolate on my pillow). The breakfast buffet is well stocked and the service is helpful (good coffee). Very close to the main restaurants in town for walking to dinner.
