Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with my wife who was visiting for a fair. We both enjoyed the hotel and its amenities. We both agreed to stay here again if we happen to be back again in Frankfurt. I did not initially know they have E-Car charging in the parking area which was a pleasant surprise.
One of my favourite hotel in Frankfurt, i have stayed in this hotel many time, definitely will come back, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and nice. Not so far from airport and the city centre. The hotel area is quiet. The sleep quality is good.
Comfortable with pool and sauna on the upper floor. Not much to do in the area. Not situated in the busy city center. Affordable. The sink in my room had clogging issue, and the lobby could have been cleaner. But other than that, it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also good.
In the run of our Princess for one day tours, we have been to many many Frankfurt hotels. This is by far our favorite. Excellent rooms (I just wish we could open the windows to get some fresh air at night), super-friendly staff - and a restaurant with stuff ready to die for.
So much noise from next room, others facilities was perfect , There was a a another door with connected another room and other quests talks could be heard by ourselves. nobody warn to us about this room ,we did not complain in time , maybe they could change our room , but we have just stayed for one night.
The only thing that was not meeting my expectations was no slippers available! I also found pillows not very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is very well designed. Beside the room, the lobby was gorgeous.
Hotel very comfortable and super friendly. The gym is very nice and the pool relaxing. Breakfast good and the rooms are well-prepared for visitors. Staff always available. Only issue is to go to the city center 20/25 minutes by bike.
I expect, when I go to a quality hotel, that they can tell me the ingredients - at least the common allergens - of the food in their restaurants. This is pretty basic stuff. I have been appalled and starved here, because - with the excuse of covid - they could not tell me the allergens in their meals. The menu says that they can, but the staff could not. I therefore could not find a single thing in the evening restaurant that I could, with safety, eat. I am starving. The irony is that there was probably something I could eat, but no-one knew what was in the food, or had the initiative or interests in finding out. There was little choice also at breakfast. My allergies are not unusual - wheat and milk. There is no excuse for a hotel of this cost and size to be so appallingly informed. The service generally has been unpleasant. Most staff are miserable and hostile, don't answer phones, and are unhelpful. I will be visiting Frankfurt regularly, but wild horses will not bring me back here, despite the lovely designer touches. When the designer left, all service did too. Covid is not an excuse for civility and important services like knowing allergens.…
My stay at the Radisson Blu hotel was good, as usual. It is a clean hotel with professional staff. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are kept clean. The staff is friendly and professional in general. Requires cabs or a rental car
The rooms in the hotel have a very nice view, the and the hotel is quite. The staff were respectful, friendly and very helpful. Covid-19 safety precautions were applied in the hotel. Will definitely stay at Radisson Blu Frankfurt the next time I visit Frankfurt.
