We stayed in this hotel as part of a deal we bought for visiting the Christmas Market. On arrival, we were pleased that the receptionist spoke good English. We were directed to our room and were also given a map of the town where she explained where the markets were. The room is spacious but very basic. We had a...

My sister and I stayed here twice, once at each end of our trip to Germany. The Memphis Hotel is walking distance from the main train station in a neighborhood with many Turkish restaurants. The place itself is clean and felt safe.

Perhaps I would stay here again, but the Lady with the short dark hair at the reception, would have to develop a Personality. I found her to be rude, not only to our party, but everyone as well. The hotel was good for the price we paid, but again that rude lady at reception............. The rest of the staff were...

The Memphis is very convenient for the main station and, despite being in a pretty run down area, is not too far from some great restaurants and from the main modern centre of the city. Our room was clean and serviced daily and the beds were very comfortable. There is an issue with the noise from the street if you...

The hotel is pretty much one of those standard city hotels. It is rather oldish, with tiny reception, and small elevator. The double room had a huge double mattress bed with the mattresses moving slightly apart at night. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was strong, comfy and instantly hot. While it was far from a serious issue,...

I stayed here for one night after flying in to Frankfurt and needing somewhere reasonable to stay, near the main station before my train early the following morning. The hotel is just a short walk from the station on a main road. There is no air con but, the hotel provided a fan (already in the room) but, having the...

Great location between Frankfurt Main station and the business district and old town. Also handy for kebab restaurants and other eateries along Kaiser Street. However, the lady at reception was exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful when it comes to directions etc. Also rooms facing the main road are noisy particularly as the tram stops right opposite the hotel.

This hotel was located near the Fountain and very close to the metro station and many other important historical sites. It's very well maintained clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good rooms with very clear linens. Excellent international breakfast.
